(Two weeks later)

The morning sun rose like a precooked baked donut with just the sticky dough on one side and the slightly golden brown on the other.

The sticky dough side was facing us.

"It's a really boring day." Peter pointed out as we sat in the grass, completely worn out from running around the field ordered by our gym teacher. "What are you doing after school?"

"Just thought of studying. Didn't study last night." I sighed as I faced the clouds softly drifting by. "You?"

"I don't know. That's why I asked. Thought we would hang out and play video games or something." He said as he slowly rose from the grass to his elbows and gazed down at me. His bright orange eyes met mine, almost melting like butter in an oven.

I looked away as a blush creped onto my cheeks, making me feel uncomfortable.

"Wanna play videogames?" He asked and I reconnected our eyes.

"I don't know how." I admitted yet I knew I couldn't turn down his offer.

I would just have to reschedule my study time for the summer holiday coming round.

"I can teach you." He smiled softly and I redirected my eyes to the outline of his face, knowing too well his eyes were dark abysses trying to drawn me in.

"Okay." I nodded softly and sat up as well, glancing at everyone else just lying on the grass and chatting their fatigue away as the gym teacher sat by the benches talking to a female teacher I am not familiar with.

"Riley!" Before I could turn, Ash's muscular arms stretched out from behind and circled my neck, nearly strangling me, and before I could protest, he literally threw himself at my back, nearly making me propel forward.

"You could break me!" I exclaimed as I tried to prey his arms off of me.

I guess he's back.

"You have a lot of muscle. You might give me a stroke if you do that again." I explained as he eased off of me with a low deep chuckle.

"I just missed you." He whispered and I rolled my eyes with a small smile tagging my lips, glad that he wasn't a stubborn bustard in let things go.

"Glad to see you're okay." I chuckled and he snorted behind me as he wrapped his other arm around my shoulders.

"I can't stay mad at you." He said as he landed a soft kiss on my neck, sending shivers down my spine.

"Stop it," I demanded as I tried to prey him off me.

I was glad he was finally out of his angered phase. He didn't talk to me at all for two whole weeks and completely ignored me in the corridors and even when we were just in front of each other. He was completely okay when talking to others but never glanced a way at me just because I liked Peter better. Peter for the last two weeks hadn't been pondered over by Ash like the first day I saw him, probably because Ash didn't want me talking to him at all about anything.

Yet here he was, completely recovered and irritating me once more.

"What are you doing after school?" He asked and I glanced at Peter who looked away, clearly avoiding my eyes.

"Playing video games with Peter." I said as I glanced from Peter to the girls glaring at me, probably jealous of Ash being all clingy on me.

Like they would want that.

"... Peter you can go find someone else." He told Peter who gave him a slightly annoyed face before redirecting my eyes.

"She'll decide if it's okay." He simply said before I cleared my throat and glanced down at the grass.

"What did you have in mind Ash?" I asked.

"Nothing much, just wanted you come over. Maybe kiss you again." He teased and I blushed intensively as I glanced at Peter who shot me a shocked glance.

"A-Again?" Peter asked, his voice a bit higher than before and I cleared my throat as I looked away. "You guys kissed before?"

"At the theme park." Ash said with pride in his voice and I peeled his hands off so I could glare at him properly.

"You're seriously going to start that?" I asked and he smirked down at me as his eyes lowered down to my lips. I reached my hand up to cover my lips only to have him chuckle.

"I didn't know you two already started dating." Peter pointed out and I shot him a shocked stare.

"N-No!" I stammered. "I just made a deal with him just to... Kiss me that day cause I... Had virgin lips and wanted to feel it." I chuckled nervously as I felt my cheeks blush and he nodded slowly with a small playful smile.

"So he stole your first kiss huh?" He chuckled before biting his lip and looking away.

"Hey Ash!" One of his puppies called from the banners and Ash instantly sprung to his feet then glanced down at me.

"Don't miss me too much." He winked and I scoffed with a roll of my eyes before he sprinted off.

"Do you like him?" Peter asked and I turn my eyes to him. "Ash I mean, in a love kind of way."

"No." I said flatly as I glanced down at my fingers on my laps. "I think I like someone else."

"Mind telling me who he is?" He asked with a curious gaze and I chuckled, blushing intensively as I brushed my hair back to my ear.

"He'll figure it out." I smiled and glanced at the sky. "Probably if he's smart enough." I laugh and so does he.

"So are you up for the game night?" He asked and I nodded with a smile.

"Teach me sensei." I chuckled and he smiled right before the bell echoed the entire school grounds, telling us that the day was finally over.

"I'll wait until you get a shower and meet you at Ash's car." He said and I nodded as I stood up and stretched my hands over my head.

"See you then I guess." I smiled and he waved as he ran for the boys locker room. I sighed and walk to the school building, heading for the same place the other girls were.

I reached my arms over my head to release the tension on my shoulders only to notice a few girls stealing glances my way and whispering amongst each other.

Clearly gossiping poorly about me.

"Hey Riley!" I jumped at the sound of Sarah's voice long before I felt her hand slap against my back, bringing a vibrated pain to my entire body. "Wanna shower together?" She asked with a wide grin and I stared at her for a moment, noticing how forced she smiled.

She clearly wants to tell me something.
