My Mate's Touch

Hi readers, special post today! Don't worry, this book is far from over. I needed a little break and wanted to do a Q&A for fun, so I hope you enjoy it! It was hard, but I chose 10 questions that I thought I could answer the best.

1. Where did you get your inspiration for the book?

In the span of about two days, all of these werewolf ideas flooded into my mind and I realized that I had enough of them to write a book! I honestly don't know how it happened, but I'm not complaining! I also draw some inspiration from many talented 抖阴社区 authors who write in the bxb/werewolf genre.

2. Have you written any stories before this one or are you a first time writer?

I've tried to write before when I was younger but I lost motivation every single time. I think it was because I wasn't really writing for me, and now that I am, I don't plan on stopping anytime soon! So yes, this is my true first story that will be completed.

3. Where'd you get the ideas for the characters? They're all so amazing!

Thank you! I looked up names and then faceclaims, then I just matched up a name with the character that looked best! I think they are pretty suiting. As for the personalities, I kind of went based off of what the face claims looked like. You guys can already see what Luca and Felix look like, but I'll post the others later in the book!

4. Do you identify yourself with any of the characters?

I feel like they all cover different parts of my personality. Felix is kind of like a "mom friend", Luca is kind of go-with-the-flow, Xander is pissed off by literally everything and Aspen is kind of a crackhead. That pretty much sums me up.

5. Who's your favorite character to write about?

Honestly, Xander! He's always angry about everything and it's entertaining to me, I hope you guys think so too. I kind of feel like I'm getting my own rage out when I write about him!

6. Is Aspen's character based off of yourself, a friend you have, or a friend you'd like to have?

Aspen is kind of an exaggeration on a friend I'd like to have. She's really bubbly so it would probably be a bit much for me in real life, but she's extremely loyal and determined. I aspire to be like her and would want to be her friend even though our personalities aren't that similar.

7. Who would you trust more to watch your kid: Luca or Felix?

While Luca is an omega and naturally has nurturing qualities, Felix would be the best babysitter. Felix is more mature, protective and SUPER responsible. He wouldn't let anything happen to the child and he wouldn't hesitate to risk his life if he needed to. He loves children and is very good with them.

8. Do you have anything big planned for the characters coming up?

Oh do I... Make sure to stick around and enjoy the ride; It's a wild one!

9. Are you entering the Wattys?

I plan to enter this book next year! I wanted to this year but since I'm not 18 yet and literally no one in my family knows that I'm writing this (nor would they approve), I can't! I think it's for the best though, so I can be more prepared.

10. Will there possibly be a sequel?

Mayhaps... If I did make one, there would definitely be some new characters and I would also try to make it work as a stand alone since some people don't like sequels!
