Y/N POV

"Please, let me work today, I swear I'm okay now Alby," I begged, chasing after his muscular figure, "let me do something, I'm going crazy in this shack." I was feeling a lot better since the accident, and I could actually stand up for long periods of time now. I felt strong enough to get back to work, to live amongst our society, but somebody kept refusing.
"Y/N, you had a pretty serious injury," Alby sighed, shaking his head as I grabbed his arm, "I don't want nor need you getting hurt even more; we don't want you getting hurt anymore." Alby faced me, staring intensely with his deep eyes; he was concerned, but also maintaining his leadership figure- I could tell he was worried I'd hold the group back after what happened.
"I'm one hundred percent positive that I'm fine, and I can take care of myself," I crossed my arms over my chest, "And what happened won't happen again, I promise I won't be reckless."
I let my arms relax, staring up at him pleading, but he shook his head once again.
"Not yet Y/N, you need more rest," Alby said, and then began walking away, signaling that the conversation was over.
I sighed in annoyance, marching out of the med shack towards the gardens. I decided to start working anyway and not take his order into consideration. I overheard Newt yesterday discussing how he was going to be busy doing some second command work, and Zart was going to be subbing in for one of the slicers that got a rather gruesome injury. The gardens would be secluded and empty, and the perfect opportunity for me to get some fresh air and out of that claustrophobic med room.
As I headed towards the greenery, I couldn't help but wonder what Newt was doing at this moment, and for some reason, he just wouldn't escape from my mind. For the past couple of weeks, my mind kept wandering aimlessly to various thoughts about the British boy; he had completely consumed my mind, despite the fact I had really just meet him.
After approaching the garden and staring at the plants for a while, contemplating what to do, I noticed that fertilizer would probably be a good place to start. I picked up a bucket and shovel and headed towards the forest. It was quiet, the green trees and tiny lively sprouts that poked out of the ground made me feel calm, the counterfeit sky that lie above fulfilling its false persona of comfort. I sauntered around the trees for a bit, enjoying the scenery until I stumbled upon a structure made out of sticks, with multiple similar structures surrounding.
Each one protruded out of the ground in different shapes and sizes, and at first, I couldn't tell what the structures were until I got closer to them. Dried bones lay scattered across the dirt, the decaying, crippled, skeletal remains being the only memorabilia of the names carved into wooden planks above.
I'm in a graveyard. My heart began to race, mostly in disgust, but also fear. The remains were poorly buried, and after looking at the first headstone, the name George was etched in the wood. Hmm, wonder who that was and how he died.
On a massive oak tree, a sign that displayed 'The Dead Heads' was hung by a thin metal wire. Curious about this new discovery, I dropped the bucket and shovel, pacing around the graveyard. Before I decided to leave I heard crunching behind me, and I immediately whipped my head around in fear at the startling sound. A silhouette stood by the tree, enticing me.
"Ah, what's the greenie doing, wandering around in such a dangerous place?" He asked slyly and leaned against a tree, crossing his arms and legs casually. I recognized his taut voice, connecting him to a name; but something was off about him. Whether it be the tone, the body language- my gut feeling was begging for me to run.
