Well, yes. And no. Mirrors show another universe, an alternate dimension where everything is the exact same -- until it isn't. One day, a girl (or boy, or nb person) is born. Without a twin. Suddenly, people all over the world are reporting strange things happening in their mirrors: their reflections aren't copying them exactly, are a half-second later than they are, or sometimes, their reflections aren't even there.
