SUCCUMB TO THE DARKNESS AND DESTRUCTION

Error's pov

After almost an hour of banging, soaking and prying at the cuffs on my wrists, I was rewarded with them coming off. I gave up on the metal collar a little while ago, but I'm ready to try them again.

The cuffs dropped into the stream, instantly being submerged by the water.

Ha. And Ink thought I wouldn't escape. Idiot. He's not as smart as he thought.

Once I get this last restraint off, I'm getting the hell out of here.

I cup my hands and scoop up some of the cool, sparkling water and dump it on the collar.

Then, I begin chipping away at the little buttons on the collar. They break almost instantly.

Next, I start prying at the metal. The collar soon falls off with a 'click'.

AT LAST, I AM FREE!!!

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA!!!"

Oop. I clasp my hands over my mouth, and giggle sheepishly. Ink could have heard that. I quickly begin making a portal. My magic sputters and coughs, but a portal is made nonetheless.

The thing is... I don't know where it goes, so I'll have to be cautious...

Without any further delay, I jump through the portal.

I land on my face. It's cold! I quickly get up, and see snow. I look around... I'm just outside the ruins.

Hmmm... I wonder which AU this is?

I pull up this world's code.

Ah... Storyspin. I hate this mistake of a world. You know... I could reaallyyy use this time to go on a murder spree...~

Wait. Wouldn't Ink know if I killed any of these abominations? Yeah... he'd come running... maybe I should lay off on the destruction, until I can find somewhere Ink won't ever find me.

For now... this'll have to do. I pull up my slightly tattered hood- which Ink ruined when he captured me, and pull on my hoodie strings to tighten the hood on my head.

I'm so tired. Maybe I can stay at the Inn in Snowdin...

I stand up and brush the snow off my ruined clothes. Before I go to the Inn, maybe I should buy some new clothes...

I begin to walk, until-

"Heyaaa! You seem new around he-... waaaiiit a minuuuteeeee..."

I spin around, glaring at the abomination that dared step in my path.

Oh. It's Chara, the "Sans" of this AU. Greaaat.

They gasp suddenly.

"Y-you're Error! I need to tell Ink immediately-"

I punch them across the face and run.

I slide through the bridge, pass all of the puzzles and run until I make it to Snowdin.

Shit. This can't be good. Chara's gonna fell Ink I'm here, and it'll be all over! Screw the clothing, I need to leave now!

It takes everything out of me and I create yet another portal that leads to who-knows-where.

I waste no time in hurling myself through the blue glitchy portal.

I'm so lucky. I land at the cliff in OuterTale.

Wait... Ink might know this is one of my favourite places to go...
SHIT!!!

I frantically attempt to create a portal, but it doesn't work. I'm out of magic. I can't defend myself now... this isn't good.

Well... it wouldn't hurt to relax here for a bit...

"Heya pal... so, I heard that you're on the loose..."

...Ohh shit...

I slowly turn my head to see Outer...

His eyelights are empty.

I screech as Outer suddenly turns my soul blue and slams me into the ground.

I jump as a bone attack appears from underneath me.

I look at Outer angrily, to which he shrugs at me and winks.

"Sorry, Ink's orders."

More bone attacks are hurled at me. I dodge them, but almost get hit by a few attacks. I'm so tired, I can't get caught again...

"You're so pathetic."

"Ha, you can't even beat this weakling!"

"JUST KILL OUTER ALREADY!!"

"Kill him!"

"You disgusting glitch!"

I scream as a bone attack hits me, doing a good amount of damage.

Heated rage fills my system, and I can't stop glitching.

"THÃT'Š ĪT!¡!"

Everything goes fuzzy and glitchy as I rip strings from my eyes, tie Outer up and fling him over the edge of the cliff.

I hear a muffled scream. Outer probably fell into the void.

My eyes hurt. I feel a sticky substance run down my cheeks. I think I'm bleeding.

The glitches are covering my vision, and it's pissing me off. I begin scratching at my eyes. The glitches won't come out!

I feel something wet and cold splash against my limbs, and suddenly I can't move at all. I feel myself fall to the ground with a thud.

I can't move! I CAN'T MOVE!! I NEED TO GET OUT OF HERE I NEED TO LEAVE I DON'T WANT TO BE STUCK AGAIN-

Something collides with my skull and everything goes black and numb.
