Just as everyone was catching up with Dumbledore there was a loud knock on the door as McGonagall whispered to everyone to stand to the side as she shouted "Come in!"

There in the doorway stood Neville his face pale but happy. He ran to McGonagall, not noticing the others as he spoke with excitement, "McGonagall i was wondering if i could leave to go to St Mungos as i just revived an owl that my parents are starting to remember bits about me. Is it possible for me to go now for a couple of hours, please?"

McGonagall looked shocked at the news of Frank and Alice Longbottom as she said, "Of course you can go Mr Longbottom. They are your parents after all." Nevile stood there full of excitement as he thanked her and made his way to the door of the office, but before he could leave James asked curiously, "Longbottom? As in Frank and Alice Longbottom?"

At the name of his parents Nevile head whipped around as Lily said, "JAMES?" Nevile looked and finally noticed the people in the corner. (Now if you thought Nevile was shocked at the fact that his parents could remember him after 31 years imaging what a shock it was to see his fellow friend, Harry and his parents back from the dead.) The look of shock must of been noticable as Harry stepped forward and said, "Yes Nevile these are my parents and yes they are alive and no we don't know how they came back." He turned to his parents and said, "Mum, dad yes this is Nevile Longbottom and yes he is the son of Frank and Alice Longbottom." They both smiled at Nevile kindly. Before James asked, "So, umm Nevile what do you mean by your parents finally remember you and what is this about them being in St Mungo's."

To this Nevile took a deep breath and replied, "Bellatrix used the cruciatus curse on my parents shortly after the downfall of Voldemort. The death eaters tried to get information about where their master was during that time. The curse was so powerful that it turned them insane to the point that they couldn't remember who i was. I was only 1 year old when it happened."

"I'm so sorry!" Replied Lily because James was it to much shock to say anything. "Do you mind if we come with you?"

"Of course not!" Said Nevile.

* a few moments later they appeared in the ward for irrevocable spell damage at St Mungo's and they made there way to Nevile's parents.*

"Nevile, my dear come here." Said Alice pointing to the seat between her and Frank.

They sat their talking and talking until they noticed Remus, Sirius, James, Lily and a person who looked a lot like James standing to the side smiling at them. Nevile waved them over as James said, "Frank! Alice! How are you guys?"

"James, i am good. How about you?" Frank said happily as they two women looked at their husband and laughed.

"I am good man. This is my son, Harry!" James said pointing to Harry as he made his way over.

"Ah, yes! Nevile just told us all about your son and how he defeated Voldemort when he was an infant." Turning to Harry he said, "You'll make a great auror you know." Harry nodded but before he could reply that he was already the head auror Frank noticed Sirius and Remus as he let out a big cheer and shouted.

"Sirius! Remus! Wow, it's been a long time no see. How are you?"

The eight of them talked and talked with each other as they told Alice and Frank about how they died to the part of the finial defeat of Voldemort to their grandchildren.
