I watched her squirm around and try to move. A smile painted my face, because I knew this was my creation. A familiar sense of sadness automatically overshadowed my happiness, making me frown.
"I miss your mom little one." I sighed, picking her up.
She looked at me with a puzzled expression, and I wiped my tears quickly.
"You don't even know what i'm saying."
I looked at her, and she started clapping making my smile come back again. Despite everything going on, she was my light in world. If I didn't have anything, at the end of the day, I had her and that's all I needed.
"You don't even look like me, shits wack."
She literally had Ariiyah's whole face, but I feel like it made my situation better. I was in the middle of playing with her, when they busted into my room.
"Now what if my dick was out?"
"That would be strange." Imani laughed, as she sat on my bed.
"Guess what y'all?"
"What?"
"It's August 9th, meaning Kailee is three months."
Ryan passed me the three month card and we did a mini photoshoot.
"Everyone gets on my nerves." I laughed, opening instagram.

I scrolled the comments briefly making sure I didn't have to check anyone and locked my phone back.
