Sonic Riders (Various x Reader)

At Future City, Eggman broadcasts himself onto a large television monitor, which previously read 'Air Board Festival'.

"Oh, hohohohoho!" Eggman laughed.

"Eggman!!!" Sonic, Y/N, Tails, and Knuckles shouted in shock.

"Ladies and gentleman! Welcome everyone! I hope you're all ready for a show; we've got an exciting event, just for you. Hohohohoho! Since you all seem so bored, I put together a little something extra to spice things up! I call it the "EX World Grand Prix"; a tournament to see who's the best of the best with Extreme Gear. Not just a race, but a special race, to see who's the fastest. And... these races are no-holds-barred! All contestants pay a simple entry fee of one Chaos Emerald and the winner takes it all! So, let's see who among you dares to meet this challenge!"

The monitor goes back to its previous Extreme Gear advertisement.

"Eggman again! Just what is he up to this time?!" Sonic glared.

"Probably something stupid." Y/N guessed.

Eggman reappears on the screen.

"And there's more! Before I forget, I'll present the current contestants. These players, they're hot; the best racers I could find!"

The three individuals from the previous night appear on the monitor, along with the statistics for their Extreme Gears; Storm the Albatross (grey) - An anthropomorphic albatross of hulking physique with grey feathers and white feathers covering his body. He has blue eyes, a gold beak and his hair is short but similar to Wave's hair. For attire, he wears tan gloves with black bands, small yellow goggles, a necklace with small gray pieces, and black, yellow, white and grey sneakers with sock-like cuffs.

Wave the Swallow (purple) - An anthropomorphic swallow with light purple and dark feathers that cover her body and head. Her hair is styled like a pair of long braids. She has a curved beak, cobalt eyes and two tail feathers. For attire, she wears white gloves with golden bracelets and red lining, a white tube top and flare-designed trousers. She also wears red boots with white accents, a necklace with a red gem and gold glasses.

And Jet the Hawk (green) - An anthropomorphic hawk with emerald green and dark emerald green feathers covering his body and white feathers on his front torso. He has blue eyes and a golden beak. His hair is styled like a mohawk with dark green tips. He also has three tail feathers. For attire, he wears a pair of white gloves with red and black cuffs, red, black and white boots with gray soles, and yellow and white goggles with gray strapping. As Jet's information comes up on-screen--

"Hey, that's...!" Sonic's eyes widen. "The EX World Grand Prix, huh? Let's do this!"

"Heck yeah!" Y/N fist pumped.

In Future City

"Ready for this, sis?" Sonic said, taking out his blue Extreme Gear Tails made for him and Y/N.

"Oh, yeah, bro!" Y/N nodded, holding onto her Extreme Gear as she puts on her goggles.

When the timer went off, the hedgehog siblings immediately ran and jumped onto their Extreme Gear as they flew off. It was hard at first, but after learning how to control their hoverboard, they managed to get used to it. They dodged all the competitor robots to get pass them throughout the race. They were having so much fun as they jumped up in midair, doing some moves that are rad, and landed. After three laps, both the hedgehog siblings made it first place at the same time.

"This is fun!" she smiled in joy.
