Lily's Secret Crush

Good morning," My mother says pushing my hair back. This new and creepy! I wonder if my parents are worried about me. They have never seen me act this way before.

"Mom, are you guys worried about me," she turns to face the other way and says," Darling, I know you are going through a tough time. Your father and I, know you are intelligent. We have nothing to worry about," She is right, they're right, I am smart to fix all this.

Someone is calling me it's must be Elvis. "Elle is calling you, she will distract you," Yeah, I don't think so. "Hello...Elle, I want to apologize for yesterday," She interrupts me and tells me to meet her later.

Today I was going to spend it locked in my room. These past few days have been a horror show. Everything that has happened this summer is a tragedy. I wish summer would end already.

I'm riding my bike for the first time by myself. I always thought I would feel weird riding without Elvis. We always swore we would never ride by ourselves.

Elle is at the swings that's why I couldn't find her. They are all the way to the other side. We never or I never go to the other side of the park. "Hey, come on getting on one," I take the swing beside her and slowly begin to move it.

"Jacob and I are engaged," What! Engaged. This must be a joke knowing her. They can't be engaged, he and I are dating. That is impossible, isn't it?

"David told us about you two and how he wanted yall together. We all planned all this with Amber to help you guys a little," I usually don't have problems understanding but right now I'm lost.

"Everyone knows you two should be together. For some reason, you two seem to deny it," We are meant for each other but that would ruin our friendship. I turn to look at David and he bows his head down.

" This is not going to ruined y' alls friendship. You need to stop thinking like that Lily. Everyone knows that it's impossible for you two to stay mad at each other," Who does she think she is. Cupid? is this why she's wearing a red shirt with red shorts.

" I know you like him, everyone knows you do. We saw that kiss and not even do we kiss like that. Jacob and I decided to do this for love," That is the weirdest thing that any couple has ever done. Wait...then why did they date us?

"That's why we told yall to take things slow," there goes my answer. I was wondering why Jacob would barely kiss me or grab me. He was being faithful to her all this time.

" Elvis, do you still feel something for me," His blue eyes go wide and big as the moon. "Yes, would you go out with me," He asks pulling out a bracelet that I made for him once.

The bracelet has never had any damage since I gave it to him. He always said he kept it saved, the word "Love" is still clear to read. This so cute it feels like we are in one of those movies.

"Our job here is done," We watch as the two cupids walk away. Jacob is wearing red just like Elle, they really are meant for each other. You can see how much they love each other.
