→ Happy Valentines Day, my love (vkook)

Back to the story, "Taehyung loves you, Jungkook-ah, remember that." Jimin whispered to the younger's ear.

"I don't know..." 

Jungkook knows that Taehyung loves him so much, but he can't help to think this way for Taehyung didn't have enough time for him. He always comes home late, and even decided to take the business trip today until next week even if he knew that Jungkook was anticipating this year's valentines day. 

"You know, Jungkook, stop sulking and being negative. Think positive- oh! we're going somewhere!"

Jungkook looked at his friend and shooked his head, "I'm not in the mood-"

"You will be! Come, lazy ass. We're going somewhere."

"Ugh. fine."

Just like that, Jungkook finds himself at the amusement park with his hyperly active friend. Seriously, he wasn't at the mood right now, but Jungkook knows at times like this, Jimin doesn't take 'no' as an answer.

Jimin kept on dragging him everywhere, insisting that this will be fun and he'll be able to forget about his pain-in-the-ass boyfriend for awhile.

Surprisingly, it did helped.

Jungkook and Jimin started riding different rides their eyes caught and have fun eating non-stop for the whole day. It's been awhile since Jungkook had fun like this, and surely it does feels so nice.

It made him forget about everything.

Only for a short while.

For of course, everything has an end.

Before the day ends, Jungkook and Jimin bids their farewells before heading back to their own homes where for Jimin, Yoongi is waiting for him. While Jungkook, Taehyung's on the business trip so he's not there, obviously.

With a heavy heart, Jungkook entered the elevator and pushed the button where his and Taehyung's shared condominium is located. He felt his heart clenches as he look at the clock on his phone, it says, '11:50'. Only 10 more minutes before Valentines day.

A short ding was heard, informing Jungkook that he's here at the floor of his home. He stepped out the elevator and slowly made his way to the door of his condominium while grabbing his keys inside his pocket.

He slowly unlocks the door and pushes it open. He closes it behind him as he stepped inside, with a sigh he didn't bother to open the lights and just headed upstairs.

But he was confused when he found his room's door slightly opened, he remembered he locked it before he left the house earlier. Shrugging it off, he just entered the room.

"What.."

But Jungkook stopped midway as he saw what was lying on the bed, rose petals was scattered all over the bed forming a huge heart at the center. Jungkook can't his eyes from watering as he hear a familiar song started playing.

Take my hand, I'll teach you to dance.
I'll spin you around, won't let you fall down.
Would you let me lead? You can step on my feet.
Give it a try, it'll be alright

He then felt someone's arms made its way encircling around his waist. He felt the other's chin rested on his shoulder as the song kept on playing.

The room's hush hush and now's our moment.
Take it in, feel it all and hold it
Eyes on you, eyes on me.
We're doing this right.

He was spunned around as he came face to face with the guy he had fallen in love with.

Suddenly I'm feeling brave
Don't know what's got into me
Why I feel this way

Taehyung looked at him with the familiar loving eyes he missed. Tears made its way down his cheeks as Taehyung lead him, dancing along to the slowly beat.

Jungkook's silent sobs fills the air, as well as the song.

When it ended, Taehyung smiled at him lovingly before kneeling down--

"T-Taehyung..."

"Jeon Jungkook, I'm sorry for making you cry and for hurting you. For being home late but I'm doing all of this for you. I'm doing extra shifts so I can save enough money for this, for you my love. I know, I'm such an ass, but I love you Jungkook, I really do. And I want you to be a Kim, to be mine. I want you to be forver mine, I know I have a lot of things to learn for I am still young, but I think if you're here by my side, I know I can be better. Will you marry me? I want you to be my wife- or husband or whatever. I just want to be with you and our kids, to grow old together until the day I die.."

Taehyung pulled a red box out of his pocket as he opened it in front of him.

"Of course, idiot. I would love to- but seriously why am I the wife here?"

Taehyung chuckled as he slipped the ring at his lover's hande before pulling him in a hug. Jungkook sobbed silently as he hugged back, Taehyung started crying as well as he slowly lifted his lover, bridal style.

Jungkook didn't utter a word as he was lay down on the bed, with Taehyung hovering on top of him.

"I love you Kim Taehyung, happy valentines day.."

"I love you too, Kim Jungkook, happy valentines day.."

And with that Taehyung turned off the lights and pulled the covers on them.

At exactly 12:00, at valentines day, Jungkook and Taehyung made love as they vow to each other that they will stay strong together, forever.
