You groaned and slowly got up.

"Don't worry- I'm just going help you practice rushing a bit faster is all. No more laps, I promise." She stuck out her hand to shake yours as a promise. You stuck your hand out and shook her hand back.

"Okay (Y/n) you see that practice dummy over there?" She pointed towards a lumpy sack in the shape of a human. "That's Steve. Steve is exactly 50 feet away. I want you to rush over to Steve, knock him over with a kick, and run back all in ten seconds. Got it?"

"TEN SECONDS?!? FIFTY FEET THERE AND FIFTY FEET BACK ALL IN TEN SECONDS?!? THAT'S TEN MILES PER SECOND AND THAT'S NOT EVEN INCLUDING ME KNOCKING STANLEY OVER!! THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE!"

"Well first of all its Steve. Second of all, I KNOW you're not telling me it's impossible when you're LITERALLY talking to a celestial being IN YOUR HEAD right now. Now hurry up and get into a running position before I make you run 100 laps."

"Y-yes ma'am..." you got into a running position waiting for her signal.

"3...2... 1 GO!"

You used Taurus's special ability and rushed over to Steve punched him in the face and rushed back.

"Very good (Y/n) except you took 15 seconds."

"Oh come on it was only 5 more seconds!"

"Nope, again."

She dashed over and put Steve in his original position then she dashed back.

"Okay I can do this- I can do this- I can do this." You dashed over once more knocked Steve down and dashed back.

When you came back she was smiling at you.

You felt a smile grow on your face, "Did I do it?!"

Her smile dropped, "No."

You threw yourself on the floor and groaned. She crouched down next to you and pat your head.

"You're overthinking it (Y/n). Stick to the basics. What part of this training exercise is taking up the most time?"

"It takes about five seconds for me to stop rushing and punch Steve."

"Well?"

Then the idea hit you, "OH!" You slapped your forehead, "I'm such a dumbass!"

You stood up and brushed yourself off, "I know what I have to do now Taurus."

She smiled and set up Steve for you to try the exercise once more.

You got into position and waited for Taurus to signal you to go.

"GO!"

You began rushing towards Steve and when you were a few feet away you raised your fist and punched him. The force knocked Steve back about ten feet then without stopping you rushed back to Taurus.

She smiled at you, "Exactly 10 seconds. Congratulations (Y/n)."

You punched both arms up towards the sky, "YEAH" you rubbed the back of your neck and let out a small laugh, "Sorry for being such a headass earlier hehe."
