Harry wakes up one morning with a cough, but he brushes it off as his hay fever acting up. He just gets up and makes himself a cup of tea to help his cough, and gets ready to meet his bandmates. They meet at the studio and write some songs for their next album. While they are writing, Harry's cough starts to get a little worse, but he continues to brush it off as his hay fever. He can see Liam giving him a look out of the corner of his eyes, but decides to act like he didn't see it.
After they are done writing, they get in the car to be taken to a mall for a meet and greet and at this point Harry's cough is even worse. His chest is starting to hurt from coughing so much. He suddenly has a coughing fit and Liam pats his back to help, looking at Harry with a concerned look. Harry is starting to get worried now, the cough is getting worse instead of better. He's been drinking tea all day and it's not helping at all.
Harry's cough went from a dry cough, to a deep and chesty cough. He gets bad coughing fits as well which makes his chest hurt more. But Harry continues to brush it off, he doesn't want to ruin their day by complaining about a little cough. He's fine, it'll go away eventually once he drinks enough tea to sooth his cough.
They did the meet and greet and Harry made sure he kept drinking tea, but his cough just gets worse and worse. Now the guys were getting back into the car and are being taken to an interview. Harry coughed painfully into the crook of his arm, wincing once the coughing fit ended. He decided he needed to tell someone since he's getting worse instead of better.
Harry turned and looked at Louis, since he was sitting next to him in the backseat. He knew Louis would believe him, he always does. So Harry laid his head on Louis's shoulder to prove his point and told him how he was feeling.
"Louis I don't feel good, my cough is getting worse and my chest hurts from coughing so much."
Harry was shocked when Louis pushed him off of his shoulder and scoffed, rolling his eyes as he looked at him and said this in an annoyed tone.
"Yeah right Harry, you are just trying to get out of this interview and it's not going to work. If we have to go to the interview, then so do you so just suck it up like the rest of us."
"B but Louis I'm not faking I swear, I really don't feel good."
"Guys Harry is trying to fake sick to get out of the interview."
Liam and Niall look at Harry and glare at him, Liam is the first to speak. In just of an annoyed tone as Louis, then Niall spoke after Liam.
"Harry stop faking to get out of the interview, you know better than to do that. So just suck it up and do the interview with us."
"Seriously Harry? You are too old to be faking sick. We aren't in high school anymore so just do the interview and stop trying to get out of it."
"B but guys I'm not faking I swear!"
"Just stop it Harry, we are already here anyway."
They all get out of the car and walk inside the building where the interview is taking place. Harry looks down as he walks in, disappointed that they don't believe him. They all get ready for the interview, Harry still coughing as they do so. His band mates all shoot him annoyed looks every time he coughed.
The all sit down on the chairs when they are told to, the interview about to begin soon. While they were waiting for it to start, Harry gets into a coughing fit again. This coughing fit the worse one he's had all day. He greatly accepted the water he was given, guzzling it down to help his cough.
Harry's cough is still getting worse, which is concerning him more and more. The longer the interview goes on for, the more Harry's cough seems to keep coming and getting worse the more he coughs. Once the interview is over they all walk outside to wait for their car, when Harry goes into another coughing fit. The others rolling their eyes, still clearly annoyed. Harry decides to try one more time to get Louis to believe him.
"Louis my cough is getting worse and I'm feeling worse than I did earlier."
"Harry stop with the act already! We know you aren't sick! So stop trying to fake being sick when it's clearly not working!"
While Louis was yelling at Harry, he went into another coughing fit, falling to the floor from the force of it. He could feel that he was coughing something out, and when he looked down, he was shocked to see blood everywhere. He kept coughing more and more and then suddenly, he got light headed and he faints.
Niall and Liam start freaking out when they see Harry coughing up blood and then passing out. Liam starts pacing and rambling about what could be wrong with Harry, while Niall runs around trying to find someone to call 911. Louis feels guilty for not believing Harry, he should have seen it in Harry's eyes that he wasn't feeling well, but he didn't and now Harry is being taken to the hospital.
They all piled onto the ambulance when it got there and rode with Harry to the hospital. The doctors took X-rays on his chest and took blood as well to do some tests. And after waiting in the room with Harry for hours, they finally got the results. The doctor walked into the room and told them what was wrong.
"Alright Harry has a lung infection, so he needs to take antibiotics for two weeks to get rid of the infection. He also needs to rest, no running around for awhile until the infection clears up."
"Thank you so much doctor."
Liam told the doctor, shaking his hand after he was done telling them everything.
"You are very welcome boys, I hope Harry feels better soon. I'll have his prescription waiting for you in the pharmacy for you to pick up. I'll discharge him now so that you can pick up his prescription and take him home."
"Alright, thanks again doctor"
"You are welcome again boys"

Once Harry was discharged they picked up his prescription and took him home, they all took care of Harry and got him everything he asked for. They still felt terrible for not believing him, so from now on they'll believe it whenever he tells them he isn't feeling well. They don't want this to happen ever again.
