My Transforming Heart (Optimus Prime X Reader)

Y/N POV

"Wake up" I hear Cade say as I am shaken away.

"What the hell Cade" I say growling slightly.

"We are under attack" He says which causes me to quickly get up.

We quickly follow Cogman as he runs through the Submarine. I quickly turn on my communicator.

"Why did he send us up here?" Vivian asks.

"He got us up front, so we die first" Cade says causing me to roll my eyes.

"Bee hold on buddy!" I say through the communicator as I feel the submarine turn completely vertical. I grab on to the side until I was able to get my feet planted on a flat surface. Vivian screams as the bottom of the submarine hits one of the submarines after us.

"What the hell was that?!" I scream slightly looking at Cade who now had Vivian's head on his lap.

"We're clear for now." Cogman says before noticing Cade and Vivian. He quickly storms over to them and pulls them apart "Hands off. There is a time and a place for everything. This is not the time nor the place"

"We were just under attack and you are worried about that?" I yell at Cogman who starts to walk away. "Where the hell are you going?"

"Away from here." Cogman says before torpedoing himself out of the ship.

"Are you serious?!" I yell before looking at Cade with my eyes flashing blue out of anger.

"Y/N calm yourself" Cade says to me before I walk away.

Later on I run in Cogman. I grab his metal arm "Where did you go?"

"To get dinner. Here" He says as he hands me a plate or sushi. "The others are eating in there, but I thought we could give them some privacy."

I nod before finding a place to sit at the front of the ship and eat while looking out into the ocean. Once I finish eating I notice another ship outside on the ocean floor. Cogman, Cade and Vivian soon show up and join me.

"You are the first to see this ship since the dark ages. Your talisman is the key to unlocking this ship." Cogman explains.

"It's so pretty looking" I say as I kneel closer to the glass.

The ship soon starts to make noise and light up.

"The ship knows we are here" Cade says causing me to smile.

"Bee can you see it?" I ask through the communicator in which I get a beep in response.

The soon emerges above water. I quickly run to get off the Submarine. I open the hatch and climbs outside followed by everyone else. I look around smiling slightly. Bee picks me up gently and sets me on his shoulder. Bee walks through the water with everyone following. I pull my gun out and holds it incase I need to use it. As we continue to walk I start to dizzy. I press my hand against Bee in order to steady myself. Soon something started feel as though it was pulling on my chest more specifically my heart. Optimus?

"Guys..." I say. "Something's coming and it's gonna be here soon. I can feel it"

Bee looks at me worriedly in which I give him the same worried look back.

"Bee" Cade yells catching Bee's attention "go around, find another way. Come on"

"What? Are you serious? Think I like winding up in a place like this?" Bee says before climbing over the wall block our path as Cade, Vivian and Cogman walk through the whole at the bottom.

"It's not that bad Bee" I say to him slightly.

"Come on. It's filthy in here"

"It is not that filthy"

Bee beeps at me annoyed as he continues to climb around the ship. I soon hear Cade's voice through the communicator

"We found it! It's a tomb" Cade says.

"A tomb? For transformers?" I ask.

"Yes"

"Let me know when you have the staff" I say.

I look at Bee, "I'm starting to feel uncomfortable" I soon hear gun shots in the distance. "Bee put me down!"

Bee puts me on the ground. I quickly take off running towards the sound of guns shots. I soon make to see Lennox cornering Vivian who has the staff. I quickly run between them.

"Lennox don't!"

"Y/N?" Lennox asks looking at me causing me to smile and sign in relief

"We need the staff Lennox. You have to trust me on this."

More transformers soon come to life and start to come towards us. Soon a familiar sword tears through them. My eyes met a familiar Autobot who optics weren't the ones I was used to. Optimus..

"I've come fore that staff" Optimus says walking towards us.

"Optimus... what are you doing?" Cade says. "It's me, Cade. We fought together."

Optimus kneels down and punches the ground. I move from Vivian towards Cade. My eyes never leaving Optimus.

"I fight for my own kind. My own planet." Optimus says.

"This isn't you, Prime" Cade says before he notices me walking towards him.

I soon put myself in Optimus's line of sight. My eyes glowing blue. As soon as Optimus and I's optics meets I feel our connection snap into place which causes me to stumble slightly but I could feel that something was not right inside Optimus's mind. I could see a smirk growing on Optimus's face before he turns his attention back to Cade then to Vivian

"Give me the staff, human." Optimus says to Vivian

"Cade?" Vivian asks scared.

"Give it to him." Cade says. "Now!"

Vivian hands Optimus the staff in which he puts into his chest plate. He slowly starts to stand up. As he does so he roughly grabs ahold of me causing me to scream.

"Cade!" I scream as I am torn away from everyone.

"Y/N!" I hear Cade yell back with distress in his voice.

"Who dares to challenge me?" Optimus says as he walks away with me tightly in his grasp and the staff now in his possession.
