Just a theory, we know that Lockwood likes smiley giraffes because he basically is one. But, Lockwood also said that he like to drink orange juice with the pulp because he likes to strain it with his teeth and pretend he is a whale. So which is it, whale or giraffe? Which is his favourite animal? Personally, I like whales more, but if I had to pick one for Lockwood, I would choose the giraffe.
