A Forbidden Love: Anidala Fanfiction (plot twist)

2 months later..... Padme is now 7 months pregnant but she looks like she is 9 months pregnant. Padme has told Anakin earlier this morning that she is probably going to give birth today and they are going to Coruscant at the hospital. And well obviously Anakin is going with her. Anakin is still worried though about what might happen. His nightmares came true whenever his mother died. It happened so fast when he arrived there. I won't let this happen though. The Force will guide me and show me the way. Anakin thought. Obi-Wan is busy so he probably won't be able to come. Anakin helped Padme onto the spaceship. And they were off to the hospital. They finally arrived. Anakin landed the spaceship onto the landing platform of the hospital. 

In the delivery room.... They were only medical droids there to assist them because, if anyone finds out about their marriage terrible things can happen to them. Padme has started going into labor. Use the Force. Anakin thought to himself. The medical droids started to assist her immeadiately. Anakin took her hand and kissed it. ''You can do this Padme. I know you can.'' Anakin whispered to her softly. About 9 hours later.... The droid spoke in ''droid language'' and said it's a boy. ''Luke.'' She spoke softly her face shining with sweat. About a minute later... Another baby?! Twins! And it is a girl. ''Leia.'' Padme and Anakin said in unison. ''Congratulations, thank the Maker!'' C-3P0 exclaimed with happiness. Padme is perfectly fine she survived. Then Anakin suddenly realized that if he used the Dark Side of the Force, Padme might have just not survived.
