"So, from where exactly do we know this guy?" Katie asked, when she, Mirabella, Emily and Samantha were reaching the meeting point.
"We don't." Mirabella answered.
"And yet, we are helping him?" Katie asked another question.
"I mean, if he needs helps." Samantha shrugged. "Panda and Effy know him, so he must be cool."
"Hey there." Katie said once the girls reached Effy, Pandora and a black guy.
"Hello!" Pandora said, excited. "This is Thomas." She pointed at him. "Bella, Katie, Samantha and Emily."
"It's really nice meeting you girls." The Thomas guy said. He had a French pronunciation.
"Are you from France?" Samantha asked.
"Oh, no. I'm from Congo." He answered with a smile.
"His first language is French. How wicked is that?" Pandora said reaching his arm.
Mirabella looked at scene. Were they a thing?
Soon enough Naomi arrived, bringing Cook, JJ and Freddie along.
"Now that everyone is here." Effy started while Pandora took some bags out of her purse. "We need to help Thomas sell some weed." The bags started to be distributed.
Samantha looked at her perplexed.
"No one said anything about selling weed." She protested, feeling uncomfortable.
"Mate, how did you get so much weed?" Cook said, laughing happily.
"You don't have to do it, if you don't want to." Thomas assured Samantha. "From where this one came from, there's a lot more. I can only pay you with it."
The group howled in happiness. Samantha looked at everyone, then looked at her bag of weed. Even if she said yes, how could she sell it? It's not like she was a marketer or some shit.
"Where is this party?" Emily asked.
Cook smiled, looking at the manhole cover.
"Where the best parties are... Underground." He crouched down, lifting the cover.
It was slightly dark, but it was possible to hear some background music. The group smiled.
"Holy shit." Mirabella said, looking down. "Let's go then!" She was the first to go down.
"If you are not selling, give it to me." Effy stretched her arm to Samantha, who looked at her.
"I..." She looked at Effy's hand, then to the group who was climbing down the stairs. "I'll do it." She gave in. It was not like she was doing a big crime and besides, she was helping someone. She liked to help people.
