The Coin from SHOLAY

Hey losers,

Headnote: "This article has been written in an outraged and ignorant condition."

Those of you who have watched SHOLAY, may remember this coin:

which Shri Amitabh Bacchan uses several times in the movie, only to unravel it's truth at the climax. Because today I'm willing to talk about something similar which holds a lot of meaning towards the very existence of our universe and everything we see around us. And because this one is coming out of extreme logic and anger, I don't seek forgiveness for anything objectionable. I just don't care, can't care less. So here goes.

From the very beginning of human reasoning, we have tried to make sense out of what we see around us. Earlier, during the pre-Jesus-times, there were no scientists; there were just PEOPLE and PHILOSOPHERS (who later became to be known as the good-for-nothing Messengers of God)And their master strategy was and continues to be the ease of communication between them and people. And it is very much evident from our own observations that Temple people and Church people use simplest languages and references to GOD to win their Game. And trust me when I tell you that the Game all of you are involved in, (I'm absolutely not), involves only winning and nothing to lose for these God-springs. Let's see how.

You see, there is a great yet fine line difference between the workings of Philosophers and Scientists. And this difference is what sometimes cause conflicts between science and religion.

A scientist,( such as me) always looks for the observations around him. He searches for the Hows and then raises questions about the whys. Which, as a matter of fact, he already figures out on his own. It's a simple logic: Observations-> Reason. What a philosopher does is that he always searches for the whys first, not even thinking about what and how is something happening. And this is the sad yet harsh reality of our little merry world and the worst part is that these people do not want to mend their ways, even though they are going through all kinds of sufferings. Unfortunately, we (scientists) cannot and should not blame them (philosophers) because during the times the logic and science has become so much complex and so much beautiful that the puny little philosophers cannot understand what we're trying to explain. And we're not responsible for whether or not you get what we're saying. You are the reason for your own sufferings. Whatever you don't understand or cannot understand, you press on your own so-called GOD, which doesn't even exists as of yet. "And I have no right to impose my views or opinions onto anybody." Science understands this fact, religion doesn't, and doesn't actually want to understand. (Only GOD knows WHY). Science is proving to you whether or not what you see is true. Both of them are showing you the same reality. The only difference is that science SHOWS you the beauty of your reality without the need for a higher authority. Religion on the other hand TALKS about the beauty, imposing everything it doesn't understand onto a higher authority, which, ironically, looks like their own selves. That's hilarious and very very nonsensical. And the even worst part is that some of you fools have divided your own contractor-supreme into castes on GOD-KNOWS what basis. Because according to some of you incompetent imbeciles, your own religion and God is at the top and every other one is at the rock bottom, below your feet.

I will not even bother thinking about this but just wanna say that please just think about your and GOD's puny place in this grand design and get your facts straight before uttering such nonsense about something which you don't know a hairbreadth worth a bit. I seriously don't intend on taking up a fight with any kind of religious group, because it is sometimes rather foolish to even try to prove that you're good. Both the sides of the coin are telling the same story, the only difference is that one side is too bright and shiny for you to gaze because of it's spectacular yet humble cleaner, and, one side is extremely rusted due to  bad cleaning techniques of it's respective caretaker.

The day these two Janitors shake hands and work together, Thakur and Ramgarh will be free of Gabbar.

Later.
