Olivia's P.O.V

"Remember that fucking playboy, egoistical, smirking idiot Aiden Blake?" I breathed heavily.

She nodded, "Yes? What about him?"

"That fuckboy is my neighbor!" I sighed.

 She widened her eyes as she grinned and exclaimed, "Holy Shit!"

She then started laughing like a maniac, when James came out the study room with a scowl on his face as he scolded, "Laura! I have told you hundred times not to swear! And by the way, what are you cracking up about?"

She just kept laughing as James looked at me and asked in a sober tone, "Olivia, can you tell me why your aunt is laughing like a low grade maniac?" 

I snorted at his comment, as Laura stopped laughing and scowled at James. He just grinned as he hugged her from behind and kissed her hair. 

"It is... you remember Aiden?" She said, trying not to burst out laughing again. He nodded intently as she continued, "He... He is our new neighbor!" She smirked. 

"Oh fuck!" James exclaimed. "Now who is swearing?" Laura challenged him. He raised his hands in surrender causing Laura to smile and kiss his cheek. 

"But seriously, is it going to be a problem?" James asked, getting serious. 

I shook my head as I said, "Nah! He is a fucking douchebag! He is doing this for time pass and would get bored after sometime when he finds no such response. He is no big deal!"

"Fine then, but if anything happens, you tell me or Laura! Are we clear on that?" He spoke in a stern manner. I nodded as I hugged both of them.

I smiled as I rushed upstairs to my room. I shut the door as I threw the bag and myself on the bed. I needed some air. I sat out on the window balcony as I pulled out my notebook. I looked up and groaned as I saw... Aiden.

"Oh come on! At least let me sit alone without you spying on me!" I screamed. 

He looked up as his eyes landed on me. His eyebrows furrowed as he stared for sometime before his eyes went wide and he smirked. He stood up as he stood at the end of his balcony, sitting on the railing.

"Hey princess! Sorry to burst your bubble but I was out here before you and I came for some air, not to spy! You are not the only thing on my mind Olivia Walker!"

Oh shit! OH SHIT! I seriously gave him another reason to annoy me! Oh come on! 

I just looked away as he grinned at me. I decided to use my biggest weapon, ignorance. He tried to bug me but got bored as he got up and went inside. I celebrated from inside.

Too early. 

Suddenly the bell rang. I heard Laura open it as I heard her talking with someone. I got down slowly, as her body blocked the person standing outside. 

"Who is it Laura?" I asked as I got down. She turned as she grinned and said, "It is our neighbors Noah and Aiden! They are here to meet you!"

I glared at them while I saw Aiden grinning while Noah looked like he has been pulled here. Laura walked up to me as she said, "Take our guests to your room, will you?" 

I nodded as I gave them the sweet sick smile as Laura whispered to me when they were not noticing, "Aiden is hot! I won't mind him stalking you!" She winked at me. I looked at her with raised eyebrows. 

He even has my aunt with him! What is so great about him anyway? Just the perfect chiseled jaw with black hair spiked to perfection and steel gray eyes with a hint of brown. Not to mention his charming smirk and his suave manners and his way of talks and his confident body language...
