"Attracted? I know when i feel attracted but there is still this different kind of feeling when i first glanced at her like.. She's taking my--"

"Wait, Her? She? Chameleons? You're attracted to chameleons? A female chameleon? How are you suppose to get married and." Jungeun stops waiting for the younger girl's response.

Heejin gulped as her pupils shaked, she knew she had to come up with an explanation except for the fact that she just used a chameleon to describe what she felt on the girl named 'Park Yuna' the girl she is talking about.

"Yeah, I like chameleons." Heejin laughed loudly saying as if it is a joke which it really is, either way that was just an excuse to break the silence that is leading to worsen Jungeun's curiosity.

"Stop playing these games!" Jungeun exclaimed laughing with the younger princess.

Seungwan applied the ointment on
Y/n's nose as she hissed in pain. Seungwan gave the ointment to the latter who kept it on her pocket. Y/n huffed and wiped the sweat on her forehead.

"Where is Dad? And where are you going, Seungwan?" She asked as Seungwan exited the hanok with a small bag.

"I'm going to catch dinner for later!" Seungwan exclaimed and walked off leaving the young girl dumbfounded.

"It's been hours.." Y/n mumbled as she glanced at the sun to see it was almost down, probably it's around 4pm or 5pm now. "Should i go check her out?" Y/n bit her lip as she stood up and sighed.

Finding her way towards the river as she almost tripped on a twig but quickly got up, but what she didn't know that her noise startled someone nearby.

The 10th Princess, Son Hyejoo.

Princess Hyejoo snapped her neck at the side to see Y/n as they looked at each other and froze, a weird feeling traveled through their bodies as they had the urge to run and hug each other like childhood friends that missed each other.

But, they don't know each other, they haven't seen each other before..

or did they?

"Who--?!" Hyejoo was about to yell at her but Y/n quickly noticed blood running down the princess's arm and quickly squealed.

"Y-You're hurt!" Y/n pointed at the girl's bloody arm as Hyejoo looked down, She cussed on her mind and sighed knowing she will be regulated again for being such a clumsy princess.

"Come here! Let me take a look!" Y/n added alarming the Princess.

She quickly jogged towards Hyejoo as she gently took her arm seeing a not too small and a not too big bloody scar on her forearm.

"W-What do you think y-you're d--"

"We should wash it first so it will not infect!" Y/n exclaimed as Hyejoo stared at her in bewilderment. No one dared to touch a princess like that especially the 10th princess with the most intimidating look of all princesses which everyone sometimes fears.

The Princess felt weird, like her stomach was tied up in a knot the feeling as her insides were all twisted, she felt strange. A feeling she haven't felt before.

Was it because no one really cared if she got hurt? Was it because she got used on how the village people treats and looks at her differently? Or something else?

Y/n dragged the spaced out Princess on the nearby river as they both sat down, Hyejoo still stared at the Young Girl with the same shooked look.

'How can someone i don't know made me feel this way?' The Young Princess kept repeating the question on her mind but got no answer.

"Do you have any cloth?" Y/n asked as The princess snapped out of her thoughts before taking a fancy towel from her pocket because, of course! She's a Princess! Having a fancy expensive looking cloth carried around just to wipe her sweat.

Y/n soaked it with river water before slowly patting it around the wound to clean the stained blood, she finally slowly wrapped it around the wound tying it tightly as the princess whimpered.

"What are you even doing here? It's almost night time and some scary creatures will come and--" Y/n looked around but quickly got cutted off by the princess.

"Scary creatures? Like what? Wolves? Coyotes?" Hyejoo asked and frowned.

"I don't know.. Maybe?" Y/n rubbed her nape as Hyejoo chuckled.

"This is a safe village and there's no such thing as those inside here, this village is heavy guarded by The King." Hyejoo chuckled and held on her covered bloody wound.

"O-Oh.."

"You must be new here, haven't seen such an unfamiliar face with a sword from the west." Hyejoo glanced at Y/n's sword on her hip. It was a well made sword, and the west are the only one's who can make such fancy looking swords.

"O-Oh.. yes..." Y/n nervously giggled as Hyejoo hummed.

She didn't even know where she is in the first place, everything was hard to process due to the things that are currently happening in the meantime, Y/n didn't have time to think.

"So, it seems like you don't know me." The Princess stood up and raised a brow as Y/n blinked a few times.

A bulb lit up on The Princess's mind as the strange feeling electrified her insides, she felt so odd but good at the same time. Like a small adrenaline rush. She zoned out for awhile deciding if she would say that she is a princess or not but decided not to.

"My name is Son Hyejoo." The Princess bowed and took out her hand. Y/n stood up and looked at her in confusion. Y/n shook her hand.

"Park Yu-- Y/n." Y/n said as she quickly covered her mouth. 'Park Y/n?' She thought and cleared her throat. Startled at how she just introduced herself as an another person.

Hyejoo internally smiled. satisfied at her own small introduction, she didn't want to Y/n to know that she was a Princess. Hyejoo didn't like being treated princess once in her life, She just simply want a normal life with everybody treating her as a normal person.

'Maybe, This girl is the only one who could make me feel that way..' The Young Princess thought in her head as she lets out a silent blissful sigh, for once she could enjoy this moment on her life like her own small little euphoria.
