The Broken Loop

Chapter 23: Animation Department?

I immediately start taking bigger steps, I even speed up.

I run out of rope at what I assume is halfway across. I decide to tie it to a wooden pole, then continue walking.

I see the others at the end, I nearly fall down a hole right in front of me, I quickly step back, I look over to the others, unsure if one of them fell through that broken plank.

Bendy, Sammy, Norman, Alice. They are all there.

"You're going to have to jump over here." Bendy says as he cautiously steps as close to the edge as possible.
"I'm going to try to catch you just in case."

I nod then get ready to jump.

After thirty seconds I run and jump.

I missed, I try to grab the edge, it was probably no less then five seconds when I feel hands pull me up.

I look to see who pulled me up, Bendy and Alice.

"Thanks." I say as I step away from the edge.

"You're welcome." Bendy replies. Alice nods.

All three of us step away from the edge. Now we wait for Tom and Wally.

Pov: Wally

She ran out of rope.

Tom seems to be worried.

"She'll be fine, she probably tied it to something and continued her way to the other side." I say as I take the rope from him and tie it to the fence.

"Besides, we now have something we can hold onto it we lose balance." I look to him, he doesn't seem convinced, but he nods anyways.

"Do you want to go first? Or should I?"

In answer, he walks over to the planks and starts walking, holding the rope with his robotic arm. . .

Smart, if he falls, he'll have an easier time pulling himself up without too big of the risk where his fingers slip, although. His metal fingers would probably still slip. . .

I shake my head and I watch as he slowly disappears out of my sight. When he does I wait about a minute before I start walking, I listen as the planks creek as I'm walking on them.

I feel a plank crack under me so I immediately go faster. I hear the planks behind me fall.

That was close.

I continue going as fast as I can, well- as fast as I safely can.

I was correct. She did tie it to something, I continue walking. More cautiously now that I don't have a rope to potentially stop me from falling.

I freeze when I see a hole in front of me.

Did Tom fall?!

"We're fine!" I hear Norman shout. I look over to see all six of them there. I sigh in relief.

"I assume I'm going to have to jump?"

"That's how Tom and I got across." Allison replies.

So it was Norman who nearly fell, expected if you have a projector as a head.

I jump across easily.

"Where are we now?" I ask as I look around.

The first thing I notice are all the desks, I estimate somewhere between fifty and one hundred. I walk over to one of them, there's a sketch of the Butcher Gang, but they look nothing like the ones here. Sure, they look similar, but they also look completely different.
