Om was confused. He felt Naina's tears wetting the hem of his shirt. She hugged him tight as he hugged him back.
Om: what happened?
Naina: just promise me that you won't send me back...please.
Om realised that she was on about the orphanage. He kneeled down to her height and said: of course not Naina but how did you find out?
Naina: I woke up and Dhruv bhaiya, Isha didi were watching TV...I peaked and they were watching the news. I saw me on there.
She cried more and Om hugged her tight.
Naina: I don't want to go to boarding school.
Om: boarding school?
Dhruv-Isha: boarding school?
Naina: boarding school. Lucy want to send me to boarding school because I sometimes skip school or I don't listen and Nidhi didn't want to send me. Take me to Gauri didi.
Om: Gauri didi? Right now?
Naina: I want Gauri didi please.
Om didn't know whether or not to take Naina to Gauri. Her parents were probably at home so would it be ideal if he went with the little girl that was on the news?
Naina: PLEASE TAKE ME TO GAURI DIDI.
She gave her massive puppy eyes and cute pout. Puppy eyes and the pout...when she gave him those, he saw Gauri....if he couldn't say no to Gauri when she made her cute face then could he say no to Naina?
Om: get freshened up quickly. Isha, give her some of your old kid clothes.
Isha nodded and took Naina's hand going upstairs.

Gauri took a quick shower before getting ready because she smelt a bit like alcohol. She was surprised that her mother didn't noticed the smell...maybe because she was used to the smell as Manish drank. After taking a shower, she was now smelling like roses, sweet vanilla, and patchouli. She quickly changed into the lehenga that her mother left in the shopping bag. Couple of minutes later, she was dressed in a beautiful red and white lehenga:

Swarna knocked on the door...urgh the knocking was causing Gauri a headache.
Gauri: come mum.
Swarna came in and smiled seeing her daughter dressed in her chosen lehenga.
Swarna: wow you look gorgeous. Sit down I will put makeup and jewellery on you and brush your hair.
Gauri nodded. She sat down and Swarna picked up the hairbrush. Gauri looked at herself in the mirror as Swarna ran the brush on her daughter's silky hair.
