Dean Henry Allen is the son of Savitar, Barry Allen of an alternate universe, and Killer Frost of Earth-13. (Not Caitlin Snow.) Dean was a kindhearted kid, but he knew the truth of his parents, they were mass murderers and super villains. He just wanted a normal family, even if his parents were Meta-Humans. One day Dean's parents were arrested by the Justice League of his Earth and the Savitar Barry Allen almost got away, but Flash was able to beat him easily and both Savitar and Killer Frost of Earth-13 were taken to Belle Reve. Soon enough a few time wraiths came and Savitar was taken into the speedforce and was killed by the Black Flash. His mother was given the death sentence and she vowed one day her son will kill everyone. The Justice League found Dean and Barry saw a scared kid who had the speedforce in his system and Killer Frosts powers as well. Batman suggested to put him in isolation, but Barry suggested another solution, Barry had his friends at S.T.A.R. Labs bought plane a ticket that would take Dean to Japan where he could live a better life. Dean looked up to Barry as he wanted to be a hero instead of a villain like his parents. Barry taught Dean everything he knew about the speedforce and how to use it to his advantage in a desperate situation. Ice taught Dean how to use his ice powers and also a few other things that could help him in a fight. Black Canary taught Dean hand-to-hand combat. Dean also showed signs of enhanced strength on par with Superman. The Justice League helped Dean out and he was becoming a great hero. Batman made a few calls and called up an old friend of Alfred's in Kuoh, Japan, Gorou Hyoudou. Eventually Dean was sent to Japan and was taken to an orphanage where he met a kind caretaker who would be taking care of Dean until he was adopted by the Hyoudou family and was given the best life he could have ever asked for.
