H e a t h e r (Daichi Sawamura x reader)

Daichi's POV
It's a Wednesday and it's been exhausting for the past 2 days. Homework has been craming lately and there were many tests keeping me up at night that it led to me being so sleepy right now.

I sighed while looking at my test paper. The answers coming to my head after reading every question, sleepiness slowly creeping over me, and the tiredness embracing me. After finishing the essay part of my paper, I turned it in and flopped on my seat. I looked out the window, wondering why the time passed by so slow.

The school bell rang which startled me a little bit. It signaled that it was time for lunch. I went to my locker and got my lunch box then headed to the cafeteria. It felt like my legs wanted to give up on me with every step I took, I could fall any second now.

As I got there, I went to my usual spot to each with Asahi and Suga. Surprisingly, they weren't there. I took a while to get here so that would give them enough time to sit here.

Where could they be?

I looked around the cafeteria and found two familiar males standing in front of the table of the second years. They were laughing and eventually sat with them. It was indeed Asahi and Suga with Tanaka, Noya, and Y/n.

I sighed while I just sat in our spot, not caring to move there because I was already starving. I opened my lunch and quietly ate my meal.

Y/n's POV
The three of us went to our usual spot as always and started to chatter. We all talked while we take bites out of our lunches. The day went by as usual, except the only new thing is that I'm seeing someone.

"Then I told him I would buy him ice cream after practice" Noya continued his story of how Hinata became their best bud.

"I opened the gym for them because I too am a good senpai" Tanaka said with confidence which made both of us laugh.

"Speaking of senpai's" I said while I saw Sugawara and Asahi go towards our direction.

"Hey guys" Suga greeted with his lunch box in hand.

"Mind if we sit here?" Asahi asked.

"Sure, why out of the blue tho?" I asked back.

"I was wondering if we could all... yknow, have a reunion" Suga answered.

"That's okay with me" Noya said while his mouth is full.

"Manners" Suga boinked Noya's head which made him obey him.

The rest of us started to laugh then I moved aside for them to sit. Asahi sat beside me while Suga sat beside the duo. They didn't look complete tho... like someone's missing.

Daichi!

"Where's Daichi?" I asked.

"I haven't seen him after first period" Asahi said beside me.

"Isn't that him?" Tanaka said then pointed at a lonely boy in the other side of the cafeteria.

"Ahh, he stays in our original spot" Suga said then got up. "Let's sit with him"

We all agreed so we got our lunches and got up. All of us made our way to the lonely Daichi. As Suga sat down beside him, he looked up at us as we all took a seat around him.

"You looked lonely so..." Tanaka said before Daichi even said anything.

"I saw you all together but I didn't wanna go all the way over there to sit with y'all" he said then we chuckled.
