Are you friends of Liam James Payne?" A nurse said, we all got up and nodded, a few yes's filled the room

"I'm afraid I have to give you some bad news.."

Oh my God, please help Liam I promise I'll do whatever you want I'll do something but please help him

"I'm Dr. Moore I'm following his situation and from what I know and the tests I made ...Liam suffers from CKD"

well she wasn't a nurse she was in fact the doctor And I don't know what that is but I am already afraid of it

"Its a Chronical Kidney Disease, what happened was Liam's kidney had a slow and progressive decrease ability to filter metabolic waste from the blood"

Everyone was waiting for her to proceed because no one knew what the hell she was talking about

"one of his kidneys doesn't work too well, it hasn't been working too well I'm sure Liam had a few symptoms about and probably didn't told you about and this was the last straw"

"What is going to happen ?" Louis asked crying

"Well from the description you gave me Mr.- " she said looking at Louis

"Mr. Tomlinson, Liam had a few difficulties after he had the seizures, like nausea, itching, cramps possible muscle spasms, loss of sensation, confusion and breathing difficulty... all this lead to internal fatigue in his system, there were many things happening at the same time" she took a paper out of her files and handed it to Louis "His kidney is hurting him a lot, taking a lot of him, it is tiring him out, his muscles are weak, he is weak and not wealthy at all"

"What do you recommend? " Louis asked

" A surgery as soon as possible " She said, Louis fall onto Zayn's arm while Zayn was saying continuously 'Calm down, be strong'

"A surgery?" Louis tried to say but then Zayn took the lead

"What do you plan to do?"

"I plan on removing his kidney as soon the food gets out of his system, he will remain with the other one when he wakes up he will have the opportunity to choose whether he wants to transplant a compatible kidney or not, the other kidney is very healthy... So it's possible to live with only one"

"When are you planning to start the surgery"

"By the information it was given to me he ate around 11:30 so I can only start at 4:00 "

"in 1 hour?"

"Exactly"

"We'll stay here during the surgery the whole time till he wakes up" Zayn said, always a friend but he can't forget he did leave us 5 years ago

"Thank you" Zayn said, the doctor left us and we sat again on the couch in one, johnny, Jess and Louis and other me and Zayn. We were separated, the couch wasn't that big but we managed to stay away from each other, no contact

The first 30 minutes were easy to pass but as the hour was getting close it seemed more and more difficult we were crying and when we weren't we had to hold the other crying. It was like a loop.

"I'm going to grab some food " I said leaving them

I was next to Jessica, while Johnny was telling Louis about how he would impersonate the character he was going to do in a film, he was trying to distract him gladly it was working.
