always here (draco malfoy x reader)

finally, in a few days y/n, a girl of 14 will be on the way to the 'safest' and most great wizarding school of all the wizarding world. despite her being held in a muggle home, she has heard quite a bit about hogwarts. after being lied to for 14 years straight by her parents, she had just recently found out she was a witch.

flashback

"y/n, you've a letter". 

me? a letter? who would be writing to me?

"coming"  i ran down the stairs, curiously. i ran to my mother, I wouldn't want her to wait any longer, impatient that woman is.

"I've no clue of who would want to write to you"  yeah, same but that isn't any of your business it it, mum?

i scanned the envelope to find...wait...there's got to be a mistake? hogwarts? I'm a muggle with no line of wizards or witches whatsoever!  she hadn't put much thought into it as she thought it was just someone messing around. she tore open the envelope revealing a cream coloured parchment paper.

Dear Miss Fernsby,

We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted to Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry. Students will be required to report to the Chamber of Reception upon arrival. Please find an enclosed list of all necessary books and equipment. Term begins on September 1st. We await your owl by no later than July 31st. To avoid detection by muggles, please use the entrance located at King's Cross station downtown London, on platform 9 3/4. We look forward to having you at our school

i finished the letter with a small 'O'  forming in my lips. 

END OF FLASHBACK

turns out, my dad was a pureblood wizard, who had made an escape from the wizarding world to the muggle world, then found my mother. my mother also had knew about my dad being a wizard all along. a. bit surprising really, that they were able to keep that secret from me, considering that their mouths couldn't be shut for any longer than a minute. it all makes sense now, my parents got all fuming mad whenever I brought up hogwarts as a topic to our careless small 'talks'. I've always thought it was weird, but never questioned it anyways.

just a few days ago, the headmistress Minerva McGonagall snuck me out of the house to get my supplies from Diagon Alley since my father refused to take me. Still by now, my parents don't know that I've snuck out, with the headmistress of my dream school! more they do not know that I'll be sneaking out to king's cross station with the headmistress AGAIN in no longer than 3 days. I'll finally be out of this dreadful home!

also, I've heard a lot about a harry potter, supposed to be in my year, survived the greatest dark wizard of all time when he surfaced right when I was still a baby. 

if I'm not wrong, right about a few days ago there was the quidditch world cup! that's cool, but I've heard that somehow someone has conjured the dark mark..scary if you ask me, that could and probably would mean that the dark lord is back..why must it be my first year at Hogwarts?
