The Legend of Why Chickens Cannot Fly

In ancient times, chickens could fly freely in the sky along with other birds. It all started in a town called Timalok Town. The town of Timalok, where chickens are always gathering and having fun, seems to have no problem being brought and it seems like a paradise for all the chickens.

Master Korokok lives in the happy and very prosperous town of Timalok. Master Korokok is a handsome and strong chicken and he is the only chicken that teaches how other chickens how to fly.

"Haaayyy! How beautiful the sunshine is! " Said Master Kororok. At the same time in front of the mirror with the opening of his huge and very beautiful wings.
"One two Three! I am Korokok your handsome leader! "
"Four, five, six! Will fly seriously! " "Seven, eight, nine! I know better when I fly! "

Every morning, Master Korokok wakes up to do what he does over and over again, that is to teach the young chickens how to fly. He does the teaching alone because no other old chicken wants to teach flying because they prefer to just have fun and talk about useless things.

Every day in what God has done, this is just what Master Korokok does over and over again. Master Korokok is a good teacher and enjoys and teaching comes naturally. So many years have passed and the chickens are still flying high. They are very happy and that is because of Master Korokok. A blessed morning came again. "Master Korokok! Master Korokok! Teach us how to fly! " Said the new young chickens. "Let's get started!" Master Korokok replied. The young chickens are very grateful to Master Korokok. "Thank you Master Korokok! If it weren't for you, no chicken would be able to fly. " Kora said, one of the young chickens.

"You're welcome! This is why I am here, and I will do this for as long as I live!" replied Master Korokok.

God noticed that Master Korokok was weakening because of his old age. However, because elder chickens prioritize other things, only Master Korokok teaches chickens how to fly. God thought to rest Master Korokok.

While Master Korokok was in the sky with the young chickens, he decided to go straight to a small town called Town of Tala to visit his friend.

"Children! Go down first, I will just visit my friend in the town of Tala at the back of the mountain. " Said Master Korokok.

"All right Master Korokok! Thank you again! " young chickens replied.

The next day the new young chickens were eager for their chance to learn how to fly. But after a few hours Master Korokok still did not show up. With the concern of the young chickens, they went to Master Korokok's house. And to their surprise, Master Korokok was not in his house. The young chickens quickly told this to their parents.

The elder chickens talked to the last ones taught by Master Korokok. "Do you know where Master Korokok is? My son needs to learn how to fly! Only Master Korokok can do that! " Said an elder chicken. "He told us that he was going to his friend in the town of Tala at the back of the mountain." Kora replied. The elder chickens went to the other town to find out if Master Korokok is really there. "Is Master Korokok here?" Elder Kiro asked. "I was expecting him to come yesterday but he did not show up." Elder Roku replied. Elder Roku is a friend of Master Korokok from the town of Tala.

As a result, all the elder chickens conducted a comprehensive search for Master Korokok. Young chickens who know how to fly joined the search as well. While others were busy searching, other elder chickens tried to teach the young chickens how to fly, but they did not know how to teach it.

After many years, everyone still failed in their search for Master Korokok. The once happy town of Timalok was replaced by great sadness. They did not expect such an event because they were blinded by the extreme pleasure then and being complacent because Master Korokok was there then to teach younger chicken how to fly.

The day came when there were no more flying chickens. To this day their search continues. But the only thing that they can do is, to look at the sky and shout Master Korokok's name to the top of their lungs. This could also be the reason why the chickens are crowing.
