Tease Me ?Shota Aizawa x Reader?

♡♡♡SHOTA POV♡♡♡

     Should I ask her if she wants to patrol with me? I think as I walk towards the teachers' lounge where Nemuri and (Y/n) should be eating lunch. She always jokes about it but I don't know if she actually wants to. I think, worried she'll reject my request. Shota, you're being ridiculous. If she says no it's no big deal. I scold myself with a sigh as I shake my head before walking into the lounge.
     "Hi, Shota!" (Y/n) says with a smile and wave before eating a piece of her sweet chicken from her meal.
     "Hey, (Y/n)," I say with a light smile and she gives me a closed-eyed smile before she continues to eat more of her lunch.

     "Well I'd stay longer but I have a few art pieces to judge and grade. Text if you need anything, girly!" Nemuri says as she gets up from her chair and throws away her empty plate.
     "Okay!" (Y/n) chirps before the violet-haired woman takes her leave.
     "You seem in a good mood today," I say with a teasing smile as I take a drink from my coffee and look at her amused.

     "I enjoy working with the kids. I'm happy that I got picked for this job." She says with a sparkle in her gorgeous (e/c) eyes.
     "It'll wear off," I state in an almost joking tone and she laughs.
     "Come on, Foxy! Don't be like that! You know you enjoy teaching us. Or do you just stay here to see me?~" she chimes and I blush slightly before I chuckle.
     "What if you were?~" I state and a surprised look comes on her face before she blushes and looks away and starts poking at her food.

     "I'm not worth staying here for." She murmurs as she moves a piece of chicken to grab some rice before eating it.
     "Hey," I say and place my hand on hers. "you're worth more than a thousand stars, (Y/n) Togata," I say and she looks into my eyes with surprise. "And don't let anyone tell you differently," I say sternly and she lowers her gaze to her lap.
     "Thank-" She pauses as she sucks in a breath. "T-Thank you, Shota." She replies with a weak smile as she looks at me before wiping her eyes. "Sorry, I shouldn't be crying over something as little as this, hah." She says as she puts up her strong facade again.

     "We can't always be strong. Tears aren't weakness, (Y/n)." I say and she nods her head after a minute.
     "Thanks, Shota." She says before she gets up and throws away her empty bowl.

     "Also, I was thinking that since it's your last day for the internship week, I wanted to see if you wanted to patrol with me tonight. You always joke about it and thought I'd ask. But if you don't want-"
     "Of course I want to go!" She exclaims excitedly as she gives me a bright smile.
     I give a small laugh at her outburst. "But if you need a small rest tomorrow I'll allow it since it's a night patrol and you're probably not used to them," I say and she laughs.

     "I've stayed up reading or binge-watching anime. I think I'll manage." She says and I roll my eyes.
     "You're young though and it's not healthy." I counter and she rolls her eyes playfully.
     "Then why are you inviting me on a night patrol if it's unhealthy for me?" She says with a grin and I smirk.
     "I guess you can't come then," I say as I throw away my plate.
     "No, I'm coming! I won't take no for an answer!" (Y/n) exclaims and I smile at her and give a small laugh.

     "I'll come pick you up from my agency at midnight. Make sure you have your hero costume." I state and she nods.
     "Okay! Until then!" She says excitedly before she exits the room.

     "She's so cute when she's excited."
     "Indeed."
     "How long have you been in here, Nezu?"
     "Enough to know a few topics on Togata's and Kayama's girl talk."

♡♡♡(Y/N) POV♡♡♡

     My first night patrol! I think excitedly as I wait in Shota's office chair and spin a little. And even better it's with Shota too! I smile as I close my eyes before it turns into a frown. What if he never sees me romantically and I'm just chasing hopes? "What am I supposed to do?"
    "Would talking help?" I open my eyes and meet charming obsidian ones and I blush slightly.
    "It's nothing. Don't worry about it." I say with a smile and he looks a little conflicted.
