The next day I woke up extra early I wanted to go to the garden to read. I sat under a tree and opened my book. I got to chapter 12 when I saw a shadow pass and sit beside me. "What are you reading." Millard asked. I could feel his hair brush against my chin when he leaned forward to read the pages. "Are you ever going to wake up and think I should put some clothes on." I say completely ignoring his question. "I'm invisible, I don't need clothes." He says. I roll my eyes he's and idiot. We've become really good friends since I first came here. "I'm reading Pet Cemetery by Stephen King." I say, showing him the cover. "How do you read that! It's terrifying!." I knew he didn't like horror and whenever he saw me reading one he'd just leave the room.

Jake came back after breakfast which I wasn't too pleased about. Not because I don't like him but because I just needed a day to recharge. The other's were thrilled to see him and they went to go play games. "Aren't you going to join them?" I turn around and see floating clothes. "Finally put some clothes on I see." He laughs at my comment and says that he's only wearing clothes because Mrs Peregrine told him to and he was kind of scared of her. "She can be scary." I admit. "Do you want to go for a walk?" He asks. I say yes.
