Kylo made his way to the throne room where Snoke's hologram would be waiting for him. He had to inform him about the force girl and convince him it was in their best interest to train her. He came to the large double doors and entered. Snoke's Hologram was already sitting on his throne at the end of the walkway. The room was dark and Kylo could just make out the Supreme Leader in the low light.

"Supreme Leader," Kylo Ren spoke to his master. "A girl was picked up in the village on Monroth today with some other prisoners. I sensed her the moment she was on board. The force is unusually strong with her. I have probed her mind and found enough darkness that I think she could be turned to the dark side and be of use to us. I would like to take her on as my apprentice with your guidance of course."

Kylo Ren kneeled before his master. He hated kneeling but he knew what was expected of him. He hated Snoke too but he hid his emotions well. Snoke had brought him to the dark side but he was a cruel and vicious leader. Nothing Kylo ever did was good enough and it wore on him greatly.

"You want to train her?" Snook replied. "Tell me about her darkness you see."

"I reached into her mind." Kylo replied. "Both parents are dead, the grandmother who raised her after that dead, all murdered. She was kidnapped and sold into slavery at nine. She has a defiance and a hatred in her. I sense a longing in her to understand her powers. She knows nothing of the force. I believe she can be a great asset in battle once trained."

"Perhaps." Snook replied after a few minutes of silence.

Kylo looked up at Snoke on his throne and tried to decide if he would speak again or be quiet. He decided to speak. He wanted this girl as his apprentice and he wasn't going to take no for an answer.

"I know I can train her to use her force. She is already very skilled with some weapons and with no outside training."

"What if you teach her about her powers and she decides to go to the light? What if she goes to the resistance? No, I think it is better for you to eliminate her now when she is weak." Snoke replied.

Exactly what Kylo was afraid of. "Supreme Leader if I may share her memories with you I believe that there is no possibility of her choosing the light. She has suffered greatly in her life and holds much anger and hate in her heart."

"Show me then." Snoke replied.

Kylo opened his mind and allowed Snoke to reach in to read Kiarie's memories as Kylo replayed them. Then Snoke got to the deep memories even Kylo couldn't crack.

"Well Ren, you may be correct. She is strong willed and does hold a fair amount of hate inside of herself. But she is strong enough for you not to crack the recesses of her mind and that could be troubling." Snoke leaned back thinking for a few minutes.

"I know I can train her. I believe she has a desire to learn and with our guidance.." Kylos voice trailed off as Snoke raised his hand to silence him.

"You may train her but if you begin to sense the light in her you must eliminate her. If she will not turn to the dark side then she dies."

"Thank you Supreme Leader." Kylo stood up and turned to leave the room just as General Hux marched across the threshold. God Kylo hated that man.

"Supreme Leader." Hux began. "There is a mission I have demanded that Ren go on and he has flat out refused."

Kylo listened to Hux explain his ridiculous reasons for the mission which Kylo found to be completely useless. It was reconnaissance and below his skill level. Hux wanted a force user there even though there was no evidence any other force users would be present. The mission would take two days and Kylo simply did not have time for it to begin with. And now he wanted to get back to his new apprentice and begin her training.

"Ren!" Snoke yelled. "You will go on the mission and make sure there are no force users present and if there are you will eliminate them."

"Yes Supreme Leader." Kylo reluctantly agreed. "When do we leave?" Kylo asked, turning to Hux.

"Immediately." Hux replied.

Kylo turned from the throne and rolled his eyes behind his mask. He hated Hux and wanted to crush his head like a tomato but the Supreme Leader kept him around for some reason. Kylo Ren marched back to the cells, his footsteps heavy as they pounded the tile. He wanted to get to the girl to see what her decision would be before he left for the mission. Would she join him? He quickly entered the brig and went to her cell. He paused watching her through the glass in the door of cell number five. She was laying on her back on the floor. A piece of metal no larger than a berry was floating around the room. Kylo watched as she made the piece of metal loop around the room. He opened the door, the metal falling to the floor when she saw him. She did not stand or move other than to turn her head in his direction.

"You have a choice to make. Join me as my apprentice and pledge your allegiance to the dark side, or die." Kylo watched her face as it displayed no emotion. "Make the choice. Now."

"Oh well you know I have always wanted to die." She sassed him as she rolled her eyes. "But joining the dark side, I mean, that's a little dark don't you think?" She smirked up at him at her own pun.

"I do not find you amusing." He was not in the mood for jokes. "Make the decision."

"Well I find myself amusing." She muttered from the floor. "Gee what will I pick? Die? Or learn how to use the force, as you call it, properly and go kill that asshole slaver in the outer rim? Hmm. Decisions, decisions."

Kylo Ren was not amused with her tone and attitude but he was surprised that her first thought after learning to fully channel her powers was to kill. He was confident she would accept his offer. But he needed to motivate her. He pulled his lightsaber from his waist and ignited it in the same stroke. He raised his saber to her throat and held it close. She got the message quickly.

"Ok fuck, don't get your panties in a twist, I'll join the dark side obviously." She replied. Before turning her head to stare into his helmet. "Just curious what if I change my mind down the road?"

"Then you die." Kylo growled. He extinguished his saber and stored it back on his waist. "I have to go on a mission right now, I will be back in two days at most. You'll be safe here and when I return you will begin your training."

"Oh gee do I really get to stay in these lovely accommodations for two days!?" The sarcasm in her voice was quite clear.

"Yup." Kylo replied with a smile behind his mask and he left the cell leaving her alone. Kylo left the brig and headed for his command shuttle. He just wanted to get this damn mission over with so he could get back to begin her training and test her powers. He hesitated for a moment about leaving her in the cell for two days. Just a small feeling in the back told him not to but he brushed it off and continued to the command shuttle. What could possibly happen to one of his prisoners on the Finalizer?
