Lloyd's p.o.v
I woke up to the sound of the horns going off again. (y/n) and I sat upright and looked around. We ran out of the bounty and saw that Zane's father was standing outside. He looked scared.
"What was that sound? The horns?" Zane's dad questioned. My uncle moved closer. "The Celestial Clock has reached zero. Garmadon's Ultimate Weapon is now operational, and the final battle between good and evil has all but begun." My uncle informed him.
My mother placed a hand on my back. "Now Lloyd and (y/n) must face Garmadon." My mother said. "But where's Nya?" Zane's father questioned. (y/n) and I couldn't even look at anyone. "She's been taken by the Overlord, but we'll get her back." My uncle started to say. "At the moment, there are bigger things at stake, including all of Ninjago itself." Sensei said with a hint of worry in his voice.
I finally looked up when I heard Jay start to complain. "Who cares about Ninjago? Nya was my...uh, my....you know." Jay said as he looked down. "And she is my sister." Kai said to try and comfort Jay as he placed a hand on his back. "I know her being captured is tough, but she's tougher. Tougher than most of us. We'll see her again." Kai told Jay as he tried to calm him down, it seemed to be working.
My uncle then turned to (y/n) and myself. "Lloyd, (y/n), your guys focus gives strength to invoking the Powers of the Golden Dragons. You two cannot lose faith now. Everything rests on your guys shoulders." My uncle told us. "But, sensei, you saw what happened when we tried to face his dad. We...froze. We can't fight him." (y/n) told my uncle as she looked towards the ground with a sad expression. "You two must. It is written in the scrolls." My uncle told us.
My mother walked over to (y/n) and placed a hand on her shoulder. "Remember, Garmadon is just as scared." My mom told her. "Then the battle will be decided by who is willing to fight." Sensei said.
Kai then walked in front of us, holding his elemental weapon at the ready. "You two won't be alone. I'll be right behind you two. You guys have my fire." Kai stated. "You have my earth" Cole said as he walked next to Kai, holding his weapon at the ready. "And my ice." Zane said as he did the same. "And lightning." Jay said as he did what the others did.
My uncle placed a hand on my shoulder as my mom places her hand back onto (y/n)'s shoulder. (y/n) and I looked at each other, unsure if we were ready. "We're all in this together, guys." Cole told us. (y/n) and I put our ninja masks back on. "What are we all waiting for?" (y/n) asked as she looked towards me. "Let's suit up." I told everyone.
We all spread out and did a little bit of a warm up. My mother was holding a scroll container and swinging it around. My uncle was hitting a tea cup from one end of his stick to the other. Kai was swinging his elemental sword around. Zane got himself re-oiled by his dad. Cole was also practicing using his elemental weapon. Jay looked at a photo of him and Nya that was in his pocket, when he put it back in his pocket he punched the air a bit. (y/n) and I were meditating, trying to get a sense of peace and calmness. "I'm ready." (y/n) and I said in unison.
