Tangled Legacies: A KOTLC and PJO Crossover Story

We fell out of the sky onto the purple grass of the Foxfire lawn. Percy fell on top of me, right on my spine.

"Ow." We muttered in unison.

"Wh- That was... Interesting." Percy murmured. I grabbed his wrist and ran for the main building of the campus.

I jogged into the Healing Center with Percy in tow. Fitz and Biana were sitting on one of the cots. Biana hadn't been there before, but she was notorious for sneaking out behind us when we went places. Percy walked over to where Annabeth was lying and stared at her pale, sweaty skin.

"What happened?" He asked. "All I know is that she disappeared when the light touched her. And that it was some weird elf-y device. I left it by the lake at Camp Half-Blood."

"That would be a pathfinder." I sighed. "From what I've heard, she light leaped. And survived. The question is, how?" I leaned back.

"You said demigods have one mortal parent and one godly parent- half human, half god. But you guys don't light leap. You use pegasai and human transport to get places. I'm thinking, what if your godly parent affects your mental construction?"

"Huh?" Percy said. "She's the daughter of Athena- the goddess of wisdom and brains. So what if her brain has a little more concentration than other humans, and that's why she survived the leap?" Everyone stared.

"Thats..." Crazy, I waited for him to say. "A good point." Percy finished. Annabeth stirred in her sleep, groaning. She started to shiver.

"Out of the way," Elwin shouted, flashing a light ball around her. "Urgh!" He yelled.

"What?" Percy demanded. "She's not just faded. She's... I can't figure it out!" He smacked his own forehead. "Livvy!" He called, and she immediately came running.

"What's wrong?" She asked. She smelled like Iggy farts.

"I need you to wake her up. I need to run some more tests, make sure I'm not missing anything."
