The Secrets Within [ON HOLD]

Recap:

"Thank you Low," I say and she gives me a grateful smile.

"Now, welcome singer sensation, Erin Barker!" I hear Jimmy announce.

The crowd starts cheering and I walk out.

Present

"So, how have you been, Erin?" Jimmy asks as I sit down.

"Busy, like always," I say making the crowd laugh, "But I have been spending a lot of time with my family, especially my daughter."

"How's Alaina? I haven't seen her in about a year?" Jimmy asks.

"She great, starting to grow and you know, it makes me emotional sometimes," I say with a chuckle making Jimmy laugh.

"You just finished your world tour. How was that, traveling the world?" He asks me.

"It was amazing. My brother actually came with me so I could bring Alaina. We all had an amazing time," I tell him.

"You also sang the national anthem at the U.S. Women's Soccer game," he says and I try and keep my composure, "How was it, being at the game?"

"It was great, especially for Alaina. She absolutely loves the team," I say and Jimmy smiles.

"That's amazing. Does she have a favorite player?" Jimmy asks and my heart starts racing.

"She does, Christen Press and Tobin Heath," I say and the crowd cheers.

"Well, that leads me to my next question," Jimmy says and he pulls out a photo, "There were pictures of you talking to Tobin Heath and Christen Press after the game. What was that about?" He asks.

I force a smile onto my face and answer, "Tobin and I grew up together, we were childhood best friends. Then soccer came for her and music came for me and we haven't seen each other in a while. A few years ago Tobin introduced me to Christen and we became friends."

I technically lied about most of that, but there is no way that I am telling the truth.

"That's amazing," Jimmy says and just keep the forced smile on my face.

The crowd cheers loudly before we move on.

"Alright, last thing before you perform. We are going to play Truth or Truth," Jimmy says and my heart starts racing.

I groan sarcastically and the crowd cheers loudly. "Okay, okay, let's get this over with," I say as I sit up.

"Okay, this one is from a fan. Were you ever in a relationship before having Alaina?" Jimmy asks.

I tense slightly, but I smile, "I was."

The crowd makes different sounds as Jimmy raises an eyebrow, "Was it someone that the world knows?"

"Yes, but I'm not saying who so don't try," I say making Jimmy huff.

"Alright, last one. Do you have any new music coming out soon or working on any music?" Jimmy asks making my smile grow.
