"Kuroo." Lucy wined
"Hm?"
"Do I really have to dress up?" Lucy asked.
"Yes, its a fancy restaurant." He replied, putting on tie.
"This is all your fault." She said, trudging towards a bag of clothes she brought.
"Well yeah it kinda is but this could maybe help the plan right?" He said, finishing tying his tie.
"Meh." She said, picking out an outfit.
"Stop complaining its only one night." He said, turning around.
"Yeah one night full of pretending to be head over heels for you and social interaction!" She said, starting to do the renegade again.
Kuroo noticed her movements and walk over to her, putting his hands on her shoulders.
"Hey, hey whats wrong?"
"Its a mental breakdown." She said. "It happens almost everyday, I'm used to it." She shrugged and continued the hand movements.
"And what is the reason for the breakdown?" He asked.
She stopped.
"Because they depend on me!" She said.
"Huh?"
"(Y/N) and Tsukkishima depend on me! They don't even know the pressure they have put on me! The story and their kids depend on me!" She said, putting her head in her hands.
"Hey.. please don't cry..." He said, putting his hand on her back, rubbing it, trying to comfort her but it resulting in it being awkward.
She snapped her head back, flipping her hair back.
"If I have learned anything from in my parents and school," She said, wiping her tears, "Its how to hide your tears and feelings." She finished, putting on eyeliner.
"I'm just going to go get on my fancy pants outfit then we can go." She said, standing up.
"I- how did you recover from a breakdown in less than.." he looked at his watch. "Less than two minutes?"
"I'm used to it. If you needs some tips to cover up tears" she pointed finger guns at him. "I gotchu."
"I-"
"Hold that thought I'll be right out!"
