shifting guide 1.0

some of you may be confused about the title, but this is really important!

you want to add how many hours in your cr that are equivalent to the days in your dr.

mine is 1 hour in my cr is = to 1 day in my dr.

please don't do 1 second is = to 1 year that can be very exhausting and make you sick, especially if you're a baby shifter.

and when you are shifting at night, script that your clone will sleep when you usually sleep and wake when you usually do.

a full night for me would be 7-9 days in my dr depending how long it takes for me to shift, but you can do as much as you want but not to mentally exhausting
