And then you woke up ... covered in cold sweats and tears streaming down your face , your breathing unstable and your heart pounding .

But it wasn't just a dream . It was a flashback of the day they died , the same flashback that had been appearing every night . It never faded either , it was as if every night it just got worse; the colour were more vivid , the screaming louder penetrating your mind on repeat . Like a never ending horror story. And no matter how much you tried and tried again to forget , it was still there . Feeding on your weakness .

You definitely weren't going to be able to get back to sleep tonight so you took a shower and stayed awake to watch a movie .

8:15am

Your first class which was luckily science since you liked it, started around 9am giving you enough time to get ready for the day . After last night you had absolutely no intentions of looking nice so you just threw on some comfy clothes and put your hair in a messy bun:

You grabbed your phone and bag and walked to college , honestly you really didn't mind the walk because it took your mind of things and just let you embrace the nature. Without realising you found your mind wondering back to the boy in the café, he was just so gorgeous you really couldn't help it .

Back in Busan you kind of had a boyfriend but it really wasn't anything you missed , it was more of just a friends with benefits that you used as a distraction for the last few weeks you had there after your parents died . He knew that too which you were grateful for because it meant there was no complications leaving him .

Anyway...lunch was the same as Monday ( yesterday) alone and boring but the whole time you felt two eyes piercing the back of your head in the cafeteria. However you just shrugged it of and carried on with the last period , biology .

Last period

You were honestly falling asleep listening to the professors lectured about one of the most awkward subjects ever ! Intercourse [*=*]
You were rescued from your sleepiness when you felt a light tap on your left shoulder from behind you , you turned around to see girl around your age smiling widely waving at you .

"Oh . Um hi sorry I didn't realise I was that close to falling asleep" you said letting a small smile show.

"Hey ! I'm Ji-hyeun , I don't have anyone to sit next to , I'm new here so I was wondering if I could sit next to you. I mean it's o-ok I-f you d-do-" she answered but you quickly cut her of.

" no don't worry you can sit here. I'm new too so your not the only one" , you notice yourself slightly giggle saying those last few lines which really felt strange since the last time you smiled was , was ...

I honestly don't know . I can't remember-

After class finished you stayed with Ji-hyeun and talked for a bit on the bench on campus . Turns out she recently moved here too but she still had a family , you were happy for her. Talking came natural to her making it not awkward to get to know her , this made you glad because it meant you'd have a friend . You were both cut loose as 3 tall , scary looking guys walked up to the bench you were sitting on staring you both down with hunger . Not the kind of hunger where you could just give them a sandwich. The kind of hunger for sex and desire.

You felt yourself becoming more uncomfortable by the second having their dirty , lust-filled eyes piercing you from head to toe . l you could tell Ji-hyeun felt the same too , by the way she was tilting her body back toward the bench . You couldn't stand this awkward silence so you decided to break it ...

"Hello? Can I help you ?" You spoke kind of cockily trying to give them the impression you weren't an innocent little girl. One of the guys turned his head in slight amusement while the two others behind him kind of chuckled to themselves .

"I'm sorry , I don't see what's so funny?" You said again hoping for a reply .

"Woah woah woah. Hey princess , your quite a feisty one aren't you ? You like that in bed too ?" he replied leaving you honestly shocked. You seriously wanted to punch him right now but the two guys behind him gave you no chance so instead you stood up , standing your ground .

"Hmm, I guess you'll never get to know will you . People like you who just waltz around hooking up with girls to only mess them around don't deserve this kind of knowledge . Maybe try getting some respect and you might stand a chance, come on Ji-hyeun let's not waste our time" you spat in his face leaving his eyes darken as you could feel anger and rage rising up inside him . It truthfully scared you but you couldn't show that , it just gives him a bigger advantage . You went to grab your friends wrist and walk away from these idiots but a hard , sharp hit on the left side of your face made you let go and hold your eye in pain . You looked up trying to hold back the tears but you felt another hit around the right side too leaving you on the floor nearly sobbing .

He punched you .

That fucking bastard punched you .

You were about to get up and get him back when you saw him bring his leg back and lunge it forward toward your abdomen , you closed your eyes and expected a pain but there was nothing  .

Nothing .

You opened your eyes to see the guy in the floor In front of you passed out with blood falling out his nose . Your eyes widened in shock as you saw it but then you suddenly remembered your face. You bought your hand up to it , still lying on the ground , to see blood covering your palm .

Shit.

You couldn't hold back your cries anymore and you let out a sob of pain into your hands while you brought yourself up into a ball.

"Shhhhh , shhh . Don't worry , I'm here . I'll help you" is the last thing you heard before passing out into a strong but safe-feeling chest.
