If Only | Taegyu

It was a peaceful Saturday morning.The two best friends planned the night before to hang out at the raven haired boy's house,and the older agreed.

Soobin rang the doorbell once and waited for a few seconds but no one responded.He rang it again for a few times and there still wasn't any response.

"This kid really." he muttered and dialed the other's number on the phone.

After a few seconds,a very drowsy Beomgyu responded.

"Who this?"

"Get your ass up,I'm at your front door." Soobin said.

"Just use the spare key that you have,I still want to sleep."

Well you see,Soobin has a spare key to Beomgyu's house.The reason?Soobin is scared that Beomgyu might do self-harm again so he duplicated the house key just in case.

"Fine,you lazy ass." Soobin rolled his eyes and ended the call.

He entered the house and went straight to the kitchen to transfer the food that he bought to plates.He bought two orders of breakfast platter which contained pancakes,eggs,bacon,sausages,and a few assortment of berries.He also bought coffee to complete the breakfast.He then went to the younger's room to wake him up.

"Hey!Wake up,I brought some food."

"Aww,Soobin hyung is so sweet." Beomgyu said as he rubbed his eyes.

Soobin grimaced before saying "Eww,disk cost thing."

(a/n: disk cost thing=disgusting,,lmao I just want to play with words)

"Besides this isn't free,you need to pay me." he teased.

"Then I don't want it anymore." Beomgyu stuck out his tongue and crossed his arms.

"I'm just joking!You're so stingy,you're like rich as hell."

"Nah,I just don't want to spend too much money,I don't want to abuse my parents' generosity."

"Honestly,you're too kind to them.And yet look at what they're doing to you."

"I kinda got used to it you know?Besides,if they're already disappointed at me,I can't keep disappointing them."

"Huh?I don't get it?" Soobin asked confusedly.

"Ah,nevermind.Let me just brush my teeth before we eat."

"Hurry up,I'm hungry."

"Yes sir."

While eating,Beomgyu's phone suddenly got a notification.

As Beomgyu read the message,he grinned widely,causing Soobin to peek at the younger's phone.

"So you and Taehyun are dating huh?" Soobin teased,wiggling his eyebrows.

"Yeah,and wait,did you just read his message?Oh my god you eavesdropper!!" Beomgyu said as he pressed his phone on his stomach to cover the screen and slapped Soobin's arm.

"I'm sorry,I'm sorry!Stop—slapping—my shoulder—ow!"

Beomgyu finally stopped when Soobin spoke, "But in all seriousness,will you manage dating Taehyun without your parents knowing,especially your dad?You know your dad could definitely spy on you if he wants to."

"I know,but I love Taehyun so much.And he promised that he'll be by my side no matter what." Beomgyu replied positively while smiling.

"Let's just hope he keeps his promise,you'll never know who might betray you Beom."

"Yeah,yeah,I know.But atleast you and Jin hyung will protect me,right?"

"Of course Beom,I will." Soobin smiled as he rubbed Beomgyu's back.
