Let It Shine

Monte looked around before turning to Jennifer before looking over to the car they were going to go for, he decided to leave the baby bag behind in the building, Monte crouched down holding Alex's hand pulling him to the said car. Jennifer crouched down as well following after Monte holding Hugo and Benjamin close to her, Monte let go of Alex's hand and reached up trying the handel, he hung his head and looked to Jen who nodded down the street, Monte turned looking over seeing a couple of walkers, he turned pulling the machette out but stayed down seeing them get shot from across the street, he turned and looked to Jen who saw it happen. Monte looked to Alexander before turning seeing the shot's come from the other side of the street and up meaning they were in a building. Monte looked to the window of the building next to them trying to see if he could spot the people.

Jennifer turned and looked down the street behind them before turning and reached over tapping Monte's shoulder, she pointed over to a car that had it's passenger door open, Monte turned to face her and looked over before nodding and moved around her and Alex, he placed his hand on Elizabeth who was strapped to his chest and looked around the back of the car to the building the people would've been in and could see someone standing in the window, he turned and looked to her before looking around, he moved his assult ritfle around and looked to her, Jennifer could see what he was planning to do and held onto Benjamin's basket as he aimed the gun being mindful of Elizabeth, he aimed at the guy in the window before shooting a couple of shots hitting him, Jennifer got up and made a run for the car, Monte moved the gun around and picked Alex up before running over as well, Jennifer got there and heard the people yelling about the shot's and looked in the car seeing it was safe and opened the back door knowing it would be unlocked.

Monte got there and went to the other side opening the door setting Alex inside before ducking being shot at, Jennifer got down as well after setting Ben inside, Monte turned aiming his gun and shot at the people who shot at him, Jennifer took this time to get the Hugo and Alex bucked in, Monte looked down hearing Elizabeth crying and turned hidding behind the door's of the car unstrapping her from his chest and moved her over the seats to Jennifer before getting up and shot at them more. Once Jennifer got Elizabeth strapped to her chest she stayed low ''Monte get in and drive.'' she stated and shut the back door, Monte emptied his clip and got in the car putting his gun between the front seats, Jen got in the passengers side and looked ahead seeing them aim at them ''Monte.'' he looked up and tried the key over and over again before it finally started, he turned around with his right hand on the back of Jen's seat and spun the car around before turning front moving the steering wheel to the right turning the car around and speeding off as they shot at them smashing the back window, Jen ducked while Monte turned the corner fast continuing with the same speed.
