Description of Sexual Intercourse

I had been in and out of consciousness for the best part of two weeks. In the small intervals of my sentience, I had learned that both Phoenix and Coleson had saved me from Jordan. My consciousness only came in small windows but each time that I was awake, I couldn't express my gratitude enough to them. They had done what I couldn't. They had gotten me away from that wretched house. I was finally away from Jordan fucking Gray.

Amidst my unconsciousness, a lot of travelling had taken place. I hadn't known much about it until Phoenix sat and told me just how far from Jordan we were.

He had explained that Coleson had inherited a moderately sized cabin in the high north of the country. It was out in the sticks and not under Coleson's name. Phoenix was confident that Jordan knew nothing about it. Coleson elaborated that just after he had first been employed by Jordan, he had a bad feeling about him. He told me that he felt as though Jordan was rotten and destroyed anything and everything he touched. So, he inherited the cabin but kept it in his Aunt Melinda's name so that Jordan could never trace the place if Coleson ever did try and get away from him.

When the day came that I woke up with my focus back to its entirety, I woke to the sound of Phoenix humming softly. He was sat back in an armchair at my bedside. His eyes were closed, and his hand was gently holding mine. I studied him as he rested. He had a light stubble growing along his jawline. He had three freckles dotted over the bridge of his nose. His hair was soft and looked as though it was almost dry. From the alluring scent of his aftershave, I assumed he'd recently had a shower.

I felt a bolt of guilt hit my heart as I noticed the dark circles under his eyes. He looked exhausted. I found out from Coleson later that Phoenix had been staying awake to make sure he was there when I fully came round. I had never felt safer.

Not wanting to disturb Phoenix whilst he rested, I took the moment to look around the room I had been resting in. I was in awe of just how homely it was. The floral wallpaper was bright and colourful and was a perfect fit alongside the light pine furniture. The chest of draws had crystal knobs on each side of the five draws and sat atop its surface were three ceramic picture frames. Inside the frames were photos of a small boy. The boy in each photograph was smiling with perfectly aligned teeth and thick lensed glasses that rather suited the basin-cut hairdo he had. From the faint line of freckles across the bridge of the boy's nose, it didn't take a genius to realise that it was Coleson.

The wall the bed was pressed up against had a dainty box window which looked out onto a quaint little back garden that had an abundance of wildflowers sprouting around the lawn's borders. A short cobblestone wall surrounded the garden and had little and sporadic patches of moss dotted across each of its bulky layers. It reminded me of something out of a fairytale; all it needed were the red and white toadstools and dancing fairies.

Being able to look outside was a liberation I had been deprived of for so long. To be able to look outside without any chains around my limbs made me feel so overwhelmingly happy that I couldn't help but shed a few tears of sheer contentment. I was so very grateful to Coleson and Phoenix for freeing me.

"How are you feeling, darlin?" Phoenix asked, pulling my attention straight to him.

I didn't speak. No, instead I did what I had longed to do since I had first met him. I shuffled to the edge of the bed, stood up and walked towards him. For a second, Phoenix looked concerned for my ability to mobilise, but I knew I would be more than okay to do what I intended to.

I took one step toward him and sat myself onto his lap, vining my arms tightly around his broad neck in the process. He didn't hesitate to wrap his own arms around my diminutive frame. My body matched his perfectly. The top of my head fit snug beneath his jawline, my side rested against his torso as though we had been made for one another. It felt so right, my God, just so right.
