2nd Person POV:
You were all in the Gryffindor Common room, that includes Hermione, Harry, Ron, Draco, You, Blaise, Madison, Cedric, Theo, Ginny, Luna. Just talking about random things and sharing a few laughs.
Madison and Cedric were sitting on the floor, next to the couch together, holding each other's hands in Madison's lap.
Luna was sitting in the chair left to the couch, with Blaise sitting on the floor, right to the chair, holding her knee.
Oh- did I forget to mention that Luna and Blaise are dating? Well, they are! I think they started a little after you and Draco started dating. Congrats! (even though they can't hear me because i'm just the narrator :\)
Hermione was sitting on the other arm chair, to the right of the couch, reading a muggle book, Romeo and Juliet.
You were sitting on the ground, criss-cross, with Draco's head in your lap, leaning on the coffee table, looking at the fire. He was laying down, one knee up and the other leg out straight. You were playing with the fringe of hair that was on his forehead while he was holding one of your hands, tracing circles with his thumb on the back of it.
Theo is sitting next to you, staring at the fire. To your surprise we wasn't making some weird comment about anything. Just sitting there ... looking at the fire. You nudged him to get his attention and it worked. He turned his head to you and you gave him a small smile which he returned.
"You okay?" You asked with a concerned look on your face.
"Yeah, why wouldn't I be?''
''You just seem awfully quiet and not ... your normal self. Come on. Where's my goofy best friend?" You nudged him again and he stifled a laugh.
''Your goofy best friend doesnt have anything to be goofy about. No worries, im sure something will come up for us to joke about." He gave you a small smile and turned back to the fire.
Harry and Ginny were awkwardly sitting next to each other on the couch. You could practically feel the sexual tension building up between them. But, then Ron comes in with a tray of biscuits and squeezes himself between them.
"Sorry,'' he mumbles and takes a bite of one of the biscuits on the tray. ''These are good ..."
You turned your head to Theo and questioned him below a whisper, with a smirk, '' Is this something to be goofy about?"
He nodded and turned to face the awkward trio, resting his arms on the table in front of him, now with a smoke on his face.
You gently lifted Draco's head up and turned your body to the couch, like Theo. Once you were positioned, you placed Draco's head back on your lap, running your fingers through his hair.
''So ... how's everyone doing?'' Theo asked, glancing at everyone.
''Way to settle the tension,'' you mumbled so only Theo could hear.
He turned his head to you once again, ''What? Do you have a better idea?''
''No, just start bugging them.''
''And how do I do that?''
''I don't know. It's your specialty.''
''I'll take that as a complement.'' He turned back to the group. Just looking. There was so much tension, between multiple people, it was like it was replaced with the air. ''Ok ... im not a therapist or something but I can tell there is something going on so why not just spill it out.'' He eyed Hermione and Ron.
''What? Nothing is going on.'' Hermione said in her 'i'm-not-saying-anything-until-he-does-tone.'
''Don't even try to hide. It is so beyond visible, I bet there is a force field.''
''Nothing happened ... '' Ron mumbled after stuffing the lasy biscuit into his mouth and placing the tray on the table. Damn, he has a big mouth.
''This is unbelievable. Did something happen during bed time or something because I bet that is what is cau-''
''Theo!'' Hermione directed his attention off her book to this conversation. ''Nothing like that happened! Just ... something ... irreverent.''
''See! I knew it! Just tell us. Me and y/n can play therapist!''
Draco spoke up for the first time in the conversation, ''Theo is actually a decent person to solve problems. He solves most of ours. And trust me, there is ALOT.''
You looked back down to Draco, ''He has.'' You smiled at him and he smiled back. You gave him a small smile and crained your neck down to give him a soft chaste kiss on his cheek.
Everyone then started at you, with a look of disgust on their face except Theo.
''It was on the cheek! Oh my god. And it's not like you haven't kissed someone before!''
They all looked away, without the face of disgust. You were right. They have all kissed someone in front of you so why can't you?
''Back to the tension ... what happened?'' Theo asked looking at you two.
They gave him skeptical looks and then just looked away again.
''Fine! I won't laugh or make a joke out of it!'' He coughed and looked to you, giving you a quick wink so no one would see.
''Sorry,'' he patted his chest.
''Fine ... it wasn't anything bad ... and it wasn't necessarily a fight ... '' Hermione said.
''Then what was it?'' Theo had a questioned look.
''We just don't know ... how to do ... that ... '' She nodded towards you and Draco, signaling you both, ''We don't know how to ... ,'' she sighed. ''Ron, you tell them.''
''We don't know how to do that kind of stuff.'' Ron mumbled. ''It's like we don't know how to be comfortable around each other after admitting ... feelings.''
You and Theo started laughing so hard, ''So you dont know how to be a couple?!'' Theo and You just kept laughing so hard, Theo was snorting!
Ron and Hermione shot death glares torwards you two and you both quickly shut your mouths and put up a poker face. "Sorry,'' you both mumbled looking down but when you remembered Draco, you smiled and placed another chaste kiss on his nose. You looked at him and saw him smiling.
''That! How do you do that?!'' Hermione and Ron pointing to you and Draco once again. Then shifted their attention to Blaise and Luna, more specifically, Blaise's hand on Luna's knee. ''And that! How can you do that and not be weird?!''
''I guess, you just learn to be comfortable around each other,'' said Blaise.
''But we should be comfortable! We've known each other since first year!''
Theo spoke up again, ''But maybe that is the problem. You've known each other so long and always kept it a friendship but never anything more. Maybe it's weird because you're trying to force a relationship that was never meant to be and maybe these feelings you're feeling are just weird things that you have yet to process.''
Everyone looked at Theo in awe.
''Told you he's good.'' Draco mumbled, tucking a loose strand of hair behind your ear.
Hermione looked at Ron and Ron looked at her. ''Maybe he is right. Maybe we should wait a little to see if these ... things ... are still there.''
''Maybe your right, we should wait.'' Ron smiled and so did Hermione.
Hermione stuck out her hand, ''Friends again?'' she questioned smiling.
''Friends.'' He hada genuine smile and shaked her hand.
''Finally! Now, can someone transfigure that pot into a VT think or whatever so we can watch The Vampire Diaries?'' Theo saud and everyone started cheering.
''I swear though! That Nora girl looks just like Pansy! I think its her doppleganger!'' Draco said and you smiled at him again and this time, he rose himself to give you a quick but ever so passionate kiss on your lips.
