( this is how I wrote my script there are many ways my scrip is of hogwarts also try to not make it that perfect ) 

In your script you will be writing about how you look like, what happens, who are your friends etc. 

first let's start with an explanation of what is a clone: 

Your clone is the person that stays here I mean like when you shift your body will be here but your mind will be in your dr, so your clone can stay asleep or awake ( I prefer it awake ) but it's your choice. Understand what is your clone is very difficult and I have no idea how to explain it so yea but in this part you are basically going to right this : 

My clone is awake ( if you want it awake ) 

My Cloe knows I shifted 

My clone can't hurt anybody or myself 

After that right some rules that you want to leave you clone for example, if you don't talk about your personal life write in your script :

My clone doesn't talk about my personal life 

Also if you want your clone to do stuff like organizing your room write it down 

Okay now that we got that clear I'll show you what your first part of your script should look like 

  Clone :

My clone is awake

My clone knows I shifted 

My clone can't hurt anybody or myself 

My clone doesn't talk to anybody about my personal life

My clone organizes my room 

My clone posts tiktok videos 

Etc.

Now we goo with the second part that would be " how to come back " for this part you will need a safe word ( a safe a word is a word that brings you back to your cr ) this is how it should look 

 How to come back : 

Safe word : jumanji ( any word you want just not one that you say often )

I always remember my safe word 

Now the third part this part is about " how time passes " lie for example 1 hour here is 4 hours there or 1 hour here is 1 month there this part is very important by if you don't add this part you could shift and live a hole 100 years in 1 second so this is how it should look like :

 How time passes : 

1 hour here is 4 hours there ( that's how i have  it ) 

Time freezes in my dr when I come back to my cr 

I remember everything about my dr when I come back 

Now we go with the personal stuff in this part we are going to be writing about your personality, how you look like, about you, family, friends etc.so I don't really have to explain nothing here so I'm just going to show you how it should look like :

My birthday is month/day/year ( you can change when you were born ) 

I weigh y/dr/weight
