My mom with her beautiful E/C eyes and her H/C hair that almost shimmered in the sunlight. And my dad with his E/C and his E/C that were almost dull but filled with love and hope. I remembered all the hugs we shared. The warmth of their arms when I was going to the first day of Kindergarten. I remembered the kisses they layed on my cheeks and forehead when I was falling asleep. The way my mom sang to me as my dad rocked with me in his recliner. I remembered the day they died. The way I found them on the floor with gunshots in their chest. How my mom's eyes had drawn out of the feeling of love and security. The way my dad’s eyes had run out of the feeling of hope and happiness. Their eyes were dull and their lips were out of color.
I had fallen to the floor as my mom said her last words, “I love you Y/N. Be safe.” I covered my mouth as warm tears ran down my face. Her faint smile turned neutral and her hand let go of mine. I shook her until my hand cramped up. I was only 4. I didn’t know what 911 was. I starved until there was a knock at the door. My parent’s bodies just layed there, decaying.
“Hi Y/N! Where are your parents?” The neighbors asked.
I ran up and hugged them, “Gone.” I said, “Gone and they’re never coming back.”
The neighbors walked in and plugged their noses. When they saw my parents bodies they stood there. The man picked me up and took me to their house. They were only 23 and weren't looking to have kids, so they sent me to an orphanage.
I stayed in the orphanage for 9 years until Reginald took me in.

As a tear slipped down my face Five put his hand on my shoulder. I took my knuckle that I had been biting on, out of my mouth when I jumped at his touch. We were at the academy. I opened the door and walked into the large building.
I looked in the kitchen where Diego spotted mom. I looked at the stairs and walked up them. I turned into my room and closed the door behind me. I closed the curtain that was by my window and flopped down onto my bed.
I let tears fall as my sobbing turned into loud gasps for air. Five spatial jumped into my room and I used my arms as leverage. I looked at him with red weary eyes as he sat down.
“What’s wrong?” he asked in a caring tone.
“N-nothing. I’m fine,” I said trying to steady my voice.
“Obviously not Y/N,” Hearing him say my name made me burst. He put his arms around me and pulled me to him. As I cried he sat there and let me, “It’s ok. Let it out.”
I got up and looked at him. I told him the story about how I found my parents. He listened to everword and after I finished he wiped my tears, “Thank you Five.”
“Of course Y/N. Get some sleep ok? Tomorrow we have digging to do.”
I nodded my head as he left my room. I snuggled up with my blanket with my eyes closed. I woke up to Klaus touching my shoulder.
“Hey sleepyhead. It’s time to get up now,” Klaus said.
“Ok.”
I stood up and saw new clothes in my closet. I took out a yellow turtleneck with long sleeves and a pair of jean shorts. I put on white socks and slipped on my black shoes. I walked downstairs to the kitchen and grabbed a cookie. Five then saw me and looked at Luther.
Luther picked up a suitcase and walked out of the room, Five following. I followed them as we got into a car. Luther drove to the middle of nowhere and got out. Five stepped out of the car so I did the same. The sun shone into my eyes and I squinted. A car pulled by us a few feet in front.
