[COMPLETE] Deeper Shade of Blue | Jisoo and Eunwoo

Two years later.

February 6, 2021.

"Come on, Jisoo, hurry up!" Jennie shouted at me while we're walking towards the waiting area of the airport.

When I got a chance to catch up with Jennie, I told her, "May I remind you that I'm wearing stilettos?" 

She rolled her eyes at me. "Do you want me to carry you?"

I pouted. "Did you and your boyfriend fought again that's why you're being a meanie today?" Jennie and her boyfriend rarely fight, but when they do, it affects Jennie so much yet she acts like it does not bother her. 

"Yeah, we did. But I don't care." 

See?

"You know, your boyfriend is one of the nicest guys I've met. So what did you do now for him to get mad?"

She stopped walking and crossed her arms at me. "Whenever we fight, it's my fault immediately?"

I laughed. "Ummm, yeah. He's very understanding, you see."

She sighed and started walking again. "Okay, okay! But this time, I actually didn't know what I did wrong. He suddenly just started ignoring me yesterday." 

I nodded. "Maybe you should ask him?"

"I did! But he's not answering my calls. When I went to his place, he wasn't there. I feel like he's avoiding me or something."

I bit my lip to stop myself from smiling, I know why her boyfriend is avoiding her, but that's not my story to tell. :) 

I looked at the people arriving and finally saw who we came here for. 

"Lisa!" We both shouted as we run to her. 

Lisa's smile grew big and opened her arms to welcome us. We all hugged each other and laughed when Lisa almost fell out of balance. 

"How are you? How's the honeymoon?" I asked while admiring her wedding glow. It's so obvious that Lisa is happily in love, I couldn't help but be happy for her. 

She smiled at us. "So amazing! Those three weeks have definitely been bliss, it's just so sad that we now have to go back to reality. I'm not ready to work!" 

We laughed at her. "I'm sure you won't have a hard time catching up since your husband is the boss," Jennie said while squeezing Lisa's shoulder. 

I looked around. "Speaking of the hubby, where is he?" 

Lisa crossed her arms and pouted. "We experienced a problem with our luggage, he's talking to the airport manager right now."

"Oh, I'm sure it will be fine." I said while smiling at her. It's their first day back in reality after their sweet honeymoon, and a problem immediately happened. Thankfully, her husband is taking care of it already. 

Lisa sighed and looked around. "Where's Rosé?"

"Being an awesome mother, of course. You know she already has a child, so it's understandable. She did promise that she'll join us at our dinner later." I said. I'm sure Rosé wants to be with us so bad right now to see Lisa, she missed her, too! But she has a wonderful baby now that she needs to take care of. 

We're just so happy that we don't have to worry about her that much because her husband, Chanyeol, is an amazing person who never stopped giving her the love and appreciation she deserves.

Oh, my friends are all in a healthy relationship. After everything that they went through before. They deserve it. 

And I do, too.

"Jisoo, your phone is ringing. That might be Hotel Blue Rose."

I was about to check who's calling when it stopped ringing. I went to the caller ID and smiled.

"It's my boyfriend." I bit my lip and grinned at them. 

"Ohhhh the boyfriend." Lisa playfully said while Jennie winked at me. "Go answer it. We'll wait right here." 

I walked away from them for a bit and answered the phone. Hearing his voice seriously calms me down. "Hey, Jisoo."

I smiled. "Hello..

Jinyoung."
