Dio escorted you out of the bedroom.
The mansion was quite lively today.
It was almost like they were preparing for a party,
or more like.. a ball.
It would explain the fancy dress Dio had given you to wear.
You see a small, old lady, walk up to Dio, and to be quite frank, quite an ugly one indeed.
"Lord Dio, the preparations for the ball will be done with soon."
"Thank you, Enyaba. Is the 'surprise' ready yet?"
"Yes, Lord Dio."
"Good."
Once the old woman had left the area you ask Dio,
"A surprise?"
He chuckles lowly and looks at you for a moment, as if he was to give you a response, but, his silence insisted on keeping this 'surprise', a secret.
You both walked into a ballroom,
a gorgeous one at that.
The golden pillars were astonishing, and the gorgeous victorian paintings amazed you to no end.
You gasped to yourself at the beauty presented in the room.
Dio looked down onto you and simply said,
"Would you care for a dance, my flower?"
You nodded your head.
He grabbed your hand softly, while the other one intertwined with your waist.
You placed your unoccupied hand onto his right shoulder and began to move at a soft pace.
Even without music, the both of you still kept a steady rhythm.
You both swung across the room gracefully.
Hand in hand.
You both exchange glances into each other's eyes.
His eyes lightly glazing over you small figure.
As the dance came to an end he dipped you gracefully and smiled.
"You are simply, gorgeous."
He said to you.
You let out a slight giggle to his comment.
He led off the dance floor into another room you hadn't seen yet.
It was similar to a living room.
It was as lovely as every other room in the mansion.
Cozy and warm like a small cabin in the winter cold.
He sat you down on a soft satin sofa.
Dio took the seat next to you.
"You are.. lovely my flower."
You shift your head to be on his shoulder.
Slowly but surely you had already started conforming to the mansion, slowly but surely, you were happy.
"Thank you.. Dio."
"If it's for you, then I'll give you the world."
