I am still working, absorbed in my tasks without noticing the time. Kook comes in and says,
Kook: It's already time... Are you going to work even more?
I look at the clock, realizing it's late. So, I pack my things and bid him goodbye. Just as I'm about to leave, he says something.
Kook: Can I ask why you've become cold-hearted these days?Y/N: Because... I don't want to hurt myself. (Seeing his confusion, I clarify)
"Cold-hearted people were once those who cared too much."
He seems to understand and gives me a sad look. Without saying anything, I leave for home.Upon entering our house, I head straight to our bedroom to change. I notice that Taehyung is sleeping on the bed in his office clothes, which is unusual for him.
After changing, I go to wake him, noticing he has a fever.
Tae:Why are u waking me up ??(sore voice)
Y/N:Tae u are having fever....when did u came home??
Tae:I came early today..coz I was not (cough)..feeling well.
Y/N:You could have called me right..??it's ok now change ur clothes. I will prepare Porridge for you..
He nods weakly, and as I'm about to leave, he almost falls.
I quickly catch him and help him to the wardrobe to change. Afterward, I make him lie down and head to the kitchen to make porridge.
A few minutes later, I bring the bowl to him. He sits on the bed, and I start to feed him slowly. After he finishes, he lays back down, and I place a damp towel on his forehead. Seeing him so tired, I stroke his hair and fall asleep while holding his hand.
Morning comes, and I wake up to find him still sleeping. I check his temperature, relieved to see his fever has gone. I gaze at him for a moment before going about my routine.
Taehyung Pov
I wake up when the sunlight hits my face. I notice a towel on my forehead. That's when I start to remember last night. I search for her near me and hear sounds from the bathroom. I think she's taking a shower. Soon, she comes out and asks how I'm feeling. I respond that I'm much better, and she nods before leaving.
Time skips to Sunday

It's 10 AM, and Y/N is engrossed in her work on the laptop in the living room. Taehyung is outside, talking on the phone with his new secretary while walking in the garden. Now, let's see what unfolds for them.
Y/N POVI'm working on my laptop when the phone rings. It's Eunwoo, sounding panicked. I answer, and he informs me that Mr. Lee is planning something against Taehyung.
ON THE PHONE
Y/N:Hello~
Eunwoo:Hello...hello Y/N (panicking)..
Y/N:What happened Eunwoo??? (worried)
Eunwoo:Listen careefully (I hummed)...Mr.Lee is planning to do something to Taehyung..
Y/N:WHAT ??HOW DO U KNOW THAT??
Eunwoo:I saw him in park...he is talking to some men about doing something to Taehyung...
No reply...coz I am shocked..
Eunwoo:Y/N...don't worry I am now coming there..ok???
I just cut the call, and ran to Taehyung who is talking with someone in our garden..
