HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
I'm so sorry that it's took a while, health problems and influence for a new fanfic has been slapping me in the face (lol!) but I'm back! So enjoy!
♡♡♡(Y/N) POV♡♡♡
"You all look so happy," I say with a smile while looking through the yearbook of my two older friends and boyfriend.
"It was a great time. What a time it was." Nemuri confesses before looking down to her lap a little sadly. "Oboro would love this." She states before looking at me. "He'd be happy that you helped Shota and that Shota's helped you too." She explains and I smile.
"I'm happy I get to be here with the three of you," I explain before flipping the page.
Many littered the page but one photo caught my eye though.
It's a picture with Hizashi (who's chugging milk frantically in the background), Nemuri (smiling with a thumbs up), Oboro (laughing), and Shota (looking at them boredly while eating ramen). It has Most Chaotic Friend Group underneath before listing their names, Votes of Agreement: 235, beside the last name given.
I give a laugh before flipping to the next page titled: What I Wish Of My Future. I glance over a few of them before finding Hizashi's first under a familiar grinning face but younger with rainbow braces.
Yamada Hizashi
I at least still want to run my awesome podcast if not also be a hero! Maybe get a hot spouse and a few kiddos. Gotta cause problems for someone else lol!
He definitely got what he wished for. I think with a small laugh before finding Nemuri's second.
Nemuri Kayama
I want people to love how I dress, be an amazing mother, and be a well-loved hero for not only my body but my skills.
She's got all of those down. I think with a smile. "Wait, I thought you were a third year when the guys were second years?" I ask and she nods. "But you're in the same graduation yearbook as them?"
"I asked to be held back so I could be with Hizadhi and Shota. I was worried about them after...that day {this ISN'T cannon, story purposes}. Plus, I wasn't okay either for the longest time." Nemuri confesses while looking at the dedication page to her late friend at the front on the textbook.
"I know how awful it is," I state, remembering my mentor. "I'd rather be tortured nearly to death than ever having to experience that again," I confess before seeing the picture with my boyfriend when he was in high school here.
Shota Aizawa
I'm going to have an agency for underground heroes and others, I know it. I'll get married to a great man and we'll live in a nice apartment (nothing too grand). Maybe a daughter if my husband wants kids too.
I cringe partially as I read bits of the confession. Big, big change of plans, Sho. I think as I shake my head. "Well," I say as I show her the page. "I don't think he's getting a man," I claim, jokingly as she reads.
"Holy crap, I forgot he put this!" Nemuri cackles while grabbing the book. "That's gold! Pure gold!" She states and I grin.
"What're you two laughing about?" The guys ask while walking in, Seishi behind Hizashi, very clearly avoiding Shota.
"An agency, a husband, a basic apartment, and a daughter! That's what Shota thought his life would be like! He got none of it!" The purple-haired woman cackles, it not seeming as funny to me anymore.
"Huh?! You serious?" Hizashi questions while hurriedly walking over, Seishi looking a bit concerned. The blond quickly reads before going into a fit of laughs with his pregnant wife.
"I honestly forgot about that," Shota says apologetically as he grabs the book from them and replaces it on the large bookshelf on the large wall in the teachers' lounge.
"Shota, I'm sorry that I'm not a man. I knew something was wrong." I fake cry as I dab at my eyes with one hand but hug myself with the other.
"I can barely handle you as a woman. You being a dramatic man would be the worst." My boyfriend claims, making me give him an offended look.
"Last I checked you can handle me just fine!" I remark with crossed arms as I look up at him.
"All four of you are weirdos," Seishi claims with a small smile as she's by the bookcase and reading the yearbook that Shota put back. "Wait, what was Togata's?" She asks while grabbing last year's yearbook as my friends and boyfriend flock over.
"Nothing special. They stopped the future ones the year before my brother left and decided to just do yearbook quotes." I explain as Nemuri and Hizasbi look at it slightly disappointedly.
"'We were all just humans, drunk on the idea that love, only love, could heal our brokenness.' The Great Gatsby." Shota reads off with a smile. "Exactly what you'd expect from our literature teacher." He chuckles and I smile.
"If I was able to put the future one I'd probably hope for a cute wife, a dog, and Bubbles."
"No." Shota replies simply with a heavy sigh. "I didn't know I was bisexual back then!" He tries to justify as I grin smugly at him with crossed arms.
"I don't know if I can forgive you for your past self writing such saddening things for me to have to deal with," I say with a fake cry before I smile at him.
The black-haired man looks at me blankly before he grins. "I guess I'll just sleep on the couch until you forgive me then." He claims, making me look at him wide-eyed.
"No no no no! Neither of us sleeps good unless we're cuddling and the cats are at our feet!" I say while I follow him to the coffeemaker.
"You'll have the cats with you. You'll be fine." He replies, knowing he's winning.
"But Sho," I stumble as I look to him. "I need you." I say in defeat with a bit of embarrassment as I glance to my friends and smug-looking student.
"What was that? I didn't hear you." Shota asks with a smile.
"You heard me, don't pull that."
"The couch is quite comfortable. It'll be nice to-"
"I need you and not the cats!" I exclaim with a blush before huffing as I cross my arms over my chest.
"That's a good kitten." My boyfriend says victoriously as he lifts my chin up and makes me look at him.
"Bribery."
"No, tactics." He corrects before handing me a cup of coffee. "So what are you two up to tonight?" Shota asks while leading me over to the couch and setting me in his lap after sitting down himself.
"Hey, Seishi, you busy this afternoon?" Nemuri asks with a hopeful smile to the girl still by the bookcases.
"Probably just homework but that's it. I'm hanging out with Leorah on Saturday though. Why?" The black-haired girl replies as she turns to look at the couple.
"Wanna go get dinner with us again? We're wanting to try a new place that just opened up." Hizashi asks excitedly, the girl has luckily gotten used to both Hizashi and Shota, her not flinching like she used to.
Seishi gives an excited smile, something she's started to do more often, before nodding. "Yeah, that sounds fun."
"Can we-"
"We'd love to join if we could, but we have plans, (Y/n)." Shota interrupts me and I turn to him with a confused look before he nods.
"Oh," I say with a bit of disappointment before I smile. "You four have fun! Make sure to eat a heck of a lot of good food!" I request as they nod.
"We sure will!" Nemuri replies as Hizashi helps her stand, her round stomach getting larger quickly.
"Have a good day, Seishi. We'll see you in class Monday." I say while standing after Shota patted my thigh.
"Thanks. You two too." She says before looking confused at her reply and moving her finger around as she thinks then shakes her head.
I give a small laugh before following Shota out, us making quick pit stops to our student's dormitories then going to the car to head home.
It's a gentle and soft ride as Shota drives, one hand on the wheel and the over joined with mine.
"So why couldn't we go with them too?" I ask, the question finally eating me. "Because last I checked, unless you're planning a surprise date or something we're not doing anything," I state and he laughs softly.
"(Y/n), they're going to adopt Seishi." Shota replies, making me go silent in surprise. "They talked to her parents and they decided that they'd let them because Seishi hasn't acted the same around her parents since what happened to her. Her parents said she's never home but when she is, she's locked herself in her room and blares music." He explains as he looks at me while parking in our driveway.
I smile at him before I squeal excitedly. "They're adopting Seishi!" I exclaim excitedly before grabbing his face and kissing him. "Now I've got two godchildren! Do you think they'll let me be her godmother too? Would Seishi even want me too?"
"Hizashi said you were."
"I'VE GOT TWO GODCHILDREN!"
"You're too cute, Kitten."
{TIME SKIP}
♡♡♡(Y/N) POV♡♡♡
"Your birth giver wants to talk with you! Your birth giver wants to-"
"'Lo?" I question tiredly as I sit up in mine and Shota's bed. Two of the four cats complain grumpily as I rub my eyes.
"(Y/n), honey," The stern but concerned voice of my mother starts. "WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU? WE'RE AT YOUR APARTMENT BUT YOU'RE NOT!" She yells, making me toss the phone to the end of the large bed, not stopping her yelling from being unclear.
"Well, that's one way to wake up," Shota says groggily while he pushes back the blanket and then puts on a pair of pajama pants. "I'll make a large breakfast. Don't get killed." He says while gesturing to the woman still shouting over the line.
"Don't burn the food." I retort while grabbing the phone and standing up. "Mom, Mom! Can I talk?" I ask the woman over the line before she finally goes quiet...begrudgingly, but quiets down. "Shota and I got a house. I'll give you the address and you two can come for breakfast. That sound good?" I explain while pulling out one of Shota's nightshirts and a pair of lounge shorts.
"(Y/n)-"
"See you soon!" I reply eagerly before quickly ending the phone call. I'm going to be fucking dead when her and Dad get here. I think with a sigh before heading out of the bedroom.
"Mew.~" Bubbles, being the only cat of four to follow me, chirps while trotting beside me.
"Hi, Bubs." I say happily to the cat before watching as my boyfriend cooks pancakes. Damn what an ass. I think with a grin before starting to walk in the kitchen.
WHACK!
"Nice ass, Foxy," I state with a smug grin to him as he places a hand on his ass and rubs it.
He gives a dark chuckle while shaking his head. "Just make some damn coffee and don't give me a reason for you not to walk before your parents get here."
"They'll know you treat me well if I can't walk."
"Oh my gods." Shota laughs before looking at me. "No." He claims and I fake a pout while turning on the kitchen faucet.
"How disappointing," I claim with a small laugh as I walk over and wrap my arms around his waist. "How'd you sleep, my love?" I ask while watching as he flips the cake.
"Always the best whenever my girl's beside me," Shota replies with a smile before I let go to turn off the water and put it in the coffeemaker. "How'd your parents take the news?" He asks while pouring in the new batter.
"I invited them for breakfast."
"I gotta get a shirt on?" Shota groans in annoyance as he flips the pancake.
"I don't mind if you don't put one on." I joke before going and getting him one before coming back. "You work tonight?" I ask while making him a coffee to his liking before passing it over to him.
"Yeah. I might be back a bit late, I've got a meeting before my patrol." He explains and I nod in acknowledgment while making myself a drink.
"Gotcha. I'll just get more cat cuddles than you." I joke to him while I stick out my tongue teasingly. Well, there goes the date night plan. I think disappointedly while grabbing plates and utensils.
"I'm sorry, try not to be sad. I hate leaving you here alone at night." Shota states while walking over and holding my face in his hands.
"I'm not sad," I claim, making him give me a testing look. "Disappointed, more of, but I'll be fine."
"(Y/n)-"
Ding dong!
"They're here," I say before heading for the door, hearing a quiet sigh behind me. I open the door with a smile on my face as I see my parents, brother, brother-in-law, and Eri. "It's a full house." I joke while letting them in.
"Uncle Sho! Uncle Sho!" Eri calls excitedly while kicking off her boots and rushing inside the house.
I give a small laugh before hugging my parents. "Sorry for the scare, it slipped my mind until the call," I confess as I look to the four.
"It's fine. He'll be able to live a bit more before I kill him." Mirio claims with a closed-eyed smile before Tamaki grabs his shoulder.
"Honey, no. It's her turn. She can handle herself." Tamaki states before hugging me and then walking to find Eri.
"Yeah, listen to your husband, Honey." I mock smugly towards my older brother who rolls his eyes.
"Your hair looks like a rat's nest."
"Your hair looks like a cow licked it." I retort as he flips me the bird I send him two in return.
"It's so good to see you, baby." My mom says happily before looking around at the entrance hall. "You can't live here."
"Mom, Shota treats me great. I-"
"No, not that. You can't have a better house than me and your dad." She claims, making me laugh.
"Wait are you guys coming back to Japan?" I ask hopefully while looking between them.
"It took a lot of convincing. But Mika realized she's got her other two kids, not just Ophelia." My dad explains while we walk into the house.
"Which room's gonna be the one I'll sleep in when daddies need a daddy date night?" Eri, coming out of one of the vacant bedrooms, asks while carrying Bubbles, his back legs swaying as she walks (he didn't seem to mind since he was getting the girl's attention).
Shota laughs as he sets down a large stack of pancakes on the middle of the table. "Whichever one you want, Eri."
"I only saw one bed. (Y/n) are you like daddies and share a bed with Uncle Sho?" Eri asks bluntly, making me blush slightly.
"Yep. But the cats also share the bed with us too. They hog the bed worse than he does." I claim with a grin to my boyfriend who scoffs while getting more plates.
"At least I don't steal all the blankets."
"Get in bed before the cats and me and you can have more." I tease while sticking my tongue out at him, making him roll his eyes playfully.
"You doing anything today?" Tamaki asks and I shrug.
"I'm going to go spend time with Mina and Hanta. They're having a bit of a time trying to find an agency that'll take both of them and allow them to have occasional off days together." I explain while taking some pancakes the sound of utensils clinking against plates here and there.
"You know, you could've just let us have your old apartment."
"No, I couldn't handle seeing her move out a second time." My mom claims while looking sad.
"Well, now we won't be continents apart," I say with a smile. "Though Mir will probably complain because you'll want to spend a lot of time with Eri."
"You're an annoying little bum," Mirio claims with an eye roll. "I'll just be jealous that they're stealing my daddy-daughter time." He explain while I stand and take the few finished plates to the kitchen.
"We have to spoil her so it'll be your problem."
"Please don't," Tamaki begs politely as he looks at them.
"I'll do it then. Isn't that right, Eri?" I ask the girl while picking her up easily. "I'll make you a little firecracker so that your daddies will have even more reason to be proud of you." I state as she smiles.
"Yeah! I'll be a strong hero like Daddies, Uncle Sho, you, and Deku!" She exclaims eagerly while making punching motions as I set her down. She runs off exclaiming her future hero career as we all watch in amusement.
"That's the most excited I've seen her in a while," Shota claims with a smile as he finishes off his coffee before refilling his mug.
"Easy on the coffee, Foxy. You work better if you wait ten minutes before your second cup." I claim while taking it from him as he huffs.
"(Y/n)-"
"You're working tonight. Shush." I say sternly as I put it in the microwave before we both look as there's a laugh.
It's my parents.
"You're fighting like an old married couple. I love that." My mother claims as my brother looks annoyed.
"(Y/n), how about you show us around?" Dad asks with a happy smile.
"Of course! We can head to the back first and get Eri." I reply with a smile. This will be fun.
♡♡♡SHOTA POV♡♡♡
I'll always love her smile. I think with a small one on my face as she begins leading her family to the balcony.
"Aizawa, wait a minute." Mr. Togata demands softly as I hold the balcony door for him.
"Dad-"
"Everything's okay, cupcake." He interrupts a concerned (Y/n) who stops and glances at me.
"Go have fun, (Y/n)," I say to her with a nod before they head down to the pier. Either I'm going to get killed or I'm getting a lecture on how I need to treat his little girl. I think with slight regrets as I lean against the railing. "I know it'll be difficult for (Y/n) and I, especially if we ever decide to come out to the public, but I promise I'll do everything for that woman. I'd fight the entire League of Villains again to live another day with her." I explain, not letting the man get a word in. "I never thought I could love a woman until I fell in love with her, she's tied a rope around my heart and I'd follow her everywhere if I could," I confess as I watch as the (h/c)-haired woman runs up to Eri and picks her up, swinging her around. "I love her beyond what she can fathom."
"I know." Mr. Togata replies with a laugh as he looks at me. "I'll be honest, when she brought you to the wedding I honestly hoped it was still to watch Eri, then I felt scared that she was actually with a man." He confesses, not helping my hidden nervousness. "But then I saw how you treated her during the America trip."
"I haven't seen her that happy since Sasaki died. She may have been with Kaminari but he could only make her smile so much." He explains before he looks at me. "I can tell that my daughter loves you. Please take care of her for me." He states before he takes a heavy breath. "She doesn't need me anymore. She's got you to make sure she doesn't go too far." The black-haired man says before he smiles. "I don't know what or when you plan to take another step in your relationship, but whenever you do decide to, you have me, my wife, and son's permission to marry our (Y/n)." Mr. Togata says with a smile to me.
Did I hear that right? I think as I look at him surprised. "I-I'm sorry. I did hear you correctly didn't I?" I stumble, still dumbfounded by this.
The man nods with a chuckle. "You're everything we could ever hope for our daughter and everything she could want for herself." He explains while heading for the staircase that leads to the pier.
"Thank you." I finally manage as I smile at him. "I'll keep that in mind," I say before looking down to the pier where (Y/n) sends me a questioning look before I nod. "I'll make sure to protect her."
"And that's what makes me happy that she chose you, Aizawa." My girlfriend's father states before walking down the stairs.
I watch the girl happily with a weight lifted off my chest. (Y/n) Aizawa. It's got a nice ring to it. I think with a smile as I start heading down myself.
♡♡♡(Y/N) POV♡♡♡
They're always so slow. I think while sitting on a bench outside the small Café. No wonder they always had to do extra laps. I think while pulling out my phone. But I did quite literally ask this out of the blue so I can't say anything.
"BABE!"
"PINKS!" I shout back to the girl as I stand and run to the woman, her jumping in my arms and wrapping around me.
"I've missed you so much! It's been too longggg!" The pink woman whines as I wave to her boyfriend.
"I know, Baby," I say while rubbing her back. "Howzit, Han?" I ask with a smile.
"Stressful. No agency's taking us both." He explains and I hum in pity for them.
"It probably is tough trying to get that to work. I hate Shota and I have different schedules. I'll be out patrolling in the afternoon and then he's gone all night ten minutes after I get home." I say sadly as I look at them.
"I'm so sorry, Babes. Are you too doing great though?" Mina asks and I nod.
"We're great. We spend time together whenever we can, us both being teachers together helps a hell of a lot, and then it's great getting to come back to the house and seeing him then going out to the back porch and watching-"
"Wait, go back, what did you say?" Hanta asks while waving his hand as we step into the mall.
"Going out to the back porch?" I repeat in confusion.
"No no, coming back to where?" Mina asks, her boyfriend nodding in agreement on the question.
"The house?" I say before pausing. "Shit, I forgot to tell you about the house."
"YOU GOT A FUCKING HOUSE AND DIDN'T THINK TO TELL THE SQUAD?" They both yell as I take the blow.
"It was literally after we got back from the United States trip. I stayed up till three in the morning doing a scavenger hunt that Shota arranged." I say as I rub my ears.
"That was six chapters ago!"
"Technically five months ago."
"That's not helping your case!" Mina complains before huffing. "The sadness!" She replies dramatically while leaning against me.
"I'm sorry, I've been busy with work and helping mom and dad get back. We all have been." I state as I hug her as we walk inside the café.
Hanta sighs before he nods. "I guess we can't get you too bad. But we'll still nag you about it." He remarks and I scoff playfully before I order.
"I wouldn't expect anything less of you all," I state before telling them we can find a time to spend time at the house when we all get off again.
We talk for a while and catch up, drinking coffee and eating a nice lunch.
"So, Babes, if you and Sho are doing so great why hasn't he proposed yet?"
"Why are so many people asking when we're gonna get married?" I groan as I rest my chin on the tabletop.
"Because you two were made for each other and should have been a couple much sooner than you started dating," Hanta claims with a small laugh as he crosses his arms, his strange elbow nearly taking out his drink had Mina not held it in place.
"Oh really? Like how long?" I question jokingly while looking at them.
"Water fountain incident and you had to wear his clothes. I just know it was when he fell in love with you. Right, Author-Chan?"
Mina, honey bunch, don't blow my cover. Or secrets.
"Oops, my bad." The pink-haired woman replies before smiling at us both like she didn't break the fourth wall to prove a point.
"Anywaysss," I start to change the subject. "He hasn't proposed and I don't know when he will or if he will any time soon," I explain before taking a drink. "But I know that nothing could ever stop me from saying yes to him," I state with a small smile.
"We know."
"Hush, you two." I laugh as I look at them as they smile.
"What would you get him as a wedding gift?" Mina asks with a smile, nearly bouncing in her seat.
"Well I don't know if I'd be a wedding gift because I've been thinking of doing it anyway since he bought the house," I state, getting confused looks from the couple across from me.
"What is it then?" Hanta asks with a small laugh.
"Just an empty agency that's for sale near UA."
"WHAT?!"
"He bought us a fucking beach house, me getting him an agency wouldn't be much different," I remark with a shrug as they look at me surprised.
"AN AGENCY?!"
"Yep."
"HOW DO YOU EVEN HAVE THAT MUCH MONEY?"
"I work two jobs and one of them's being a hero. It wouldn't be that hard to buy it. It'll be fine, he's always wanted an agency."
"Sugar mommy."
"He's her sugar daddy."
"Mina, Hanta, no."
"Mina, Hanta, yes."
