Cat sat in his bed while staring out the window. *Knock knock* cat turned around towards the door.
Emily walked in with a frown on her face. She sat beside him, "oh honey pleased eat something you haven't eaten all day", Emily said while holding his right cheek.
Cat frowned, and shaked his head saying "no" Emily sighed. The past few days cat was finally speaking and she loved that side of him.
Emily knew about the incident with Marinette. That's basically why he's in this state. Emily hated seeing him this way.
"Hey honey I'm sure Marinette's fine alright now try to eat ok?", Emily said trying to convince him. Cat shaked his head "no" again.
Emily sighed, boy was her son stubborn. But she couldn't blame him. She would be devastated too.
She got up and said, "ok you can visit her now ok?", Cat cracked a smile but it soon faded once he remembered what happened the day before.
Emily walked out of his room, and he got up from his bed, grabbed his backpack and rode off on his bike on the way to Mary's house.
When he got there he parked his bike on the side of their house. He ran to the door and knocked.
Tom opened the door with a frown on his face. "What's wrong Mr dupain Cheng?", Cat asked in a concerned tone.
Tom sighed and said, "marinette isn't so good", he said in a sad tone. Cat frowned.
He let cat in and led him to her bedroom where Sabine was. They opened the door to see Sabine by the door.
"Honey please eat something atleast", Sabine said pleading. Cat sighed and was about to walk to Marinette's bed.
Sabine held him back and shouted, "wait!!", Cat looked at her confused. "What's wrong?", He asked in a confused tone.
"We tried talking to her but she wouldn't budge it was like she wasn't fazed by us", sabine said sadly while looking down at the floor.
Tom sighed and said, "and I tried to touch her shoulder to talk to her but she flinched and backed away from me, then she started to cry so we just left her alone", tom said in a sad tone of voice.
"She hasn't moved from that stop all day and she refused to eat", said Sabine while looking at cat.
Cat frowned and sighed. He didn't know what to do, if she didn't want anyone to touch her nor go near her how was he supposed to communicate with her? And how is he supposed to speak with her if she is unfazed by everyone and everything?
Cat sighed, he was lost and he didn't know what to do.
