You headed to the Olkarion city with the other paladins. You marvelled at the cool tech and beautiful scenery. The sunlight on the trees was pretty.
"Paladins of Voltron, welcome!" an Olkari spoke.
"Nice to see you, Ryner." Shiro nodded.
"Come." Ryner said and turned around.
Rude much? Didn't notice me?
"Olkarion is so advanced." you walked forward and into step with the others.
"Mhm." Pidge hummed. She couldn't get enough of it.
"We've advanced our defences. We got armour and swords now." Ryner stopped and motioned to a group of Olkari. You watched one of them sporting a small stick, until a beam of energy rose up from the stick and it morphed into a blade.
"Lightsaber!" Lance screeched excitedly. Pidge rolled her eyes.
"Yes." Ryner said.
You turned around again, a strange buzzing noise in your ear.
Scratch that, the buzzing noise was the original paladins arguing behind.
"No no no they can't do that, no sacrifices." Trigal hissed.
"What're you guys doing?" You stepped backed from the current paladins and spoke to the dead ones.
"Assisting you in ways of catching Lotor." Gygran said.
"Guys seriously, you don't need to. We're focusing on Zarkon now, forget Lotor." you said, raising your hands.
"Still." Blaytz forced. You sighed.
"Y/n?!" a voice yelled from afar. You flinched and turned to see the other paladins ten feet away.
"Come on." Shiro shouted.
You jogged to join them, ignoring the whispered conversation of the old paladins.
"Stop spacing out." Keith scolded as you stopped beside him. "No pun intended."
"Shut up, who was stuttering and being awkward yesterday?" you snapped. Keith opened then closed his mouth, blushing.
"Actually Ryner, you said you made a Galra tracker right?" Pidge said.
"Yes, I-" Ryner paused. "I never noticed that young lady behind you all."
You felt everyone look at you.
"Uh yeah this is Y/n, white paladin of Voltron." Shiro said, weakly shrugging.
"I noticed." Ryner stuck out her hand. You shook it and just grinned a bit.
"Anyway, my tracker can find Galra within a thousand galaxies. It can detect and notify how many are around this galaxy." Ryner grabbed a floating device. It was a small sphere, but when she tapped it, it lit up with a huge flat holographic map.
The map was flat and big, and had small detail. Ryner zoomed in to the Olkari's star system.
"The Galra on the map are these shapes." Ryner pointed to the Galra logos on a different star system. "But it can only show Galra, nothing else."
"Can it find certain Galra?" Pidge asked.
"Pidge, what are you proposing?" Shiro said.
"What if we can use it to find Lotor? Or different fleets ready to attack? It would be so much easier to fight Galra when we know when they are coming." Pidge said, listing them off very fast.
"Wait wait wait hold on a sec, did you say find Lotor?" Lance said.
"Well yeah." Pidge muttered.
"We said to ignore Lotor." Shiro replied firmly. You rolled your eyes at the invisible paladins.
"Oh come on, we already have an intergalactic war. We do not need to fight a white-haired psycho." Hunk said.
"It's not a bad idea. For the other stuff, not for Lotor." you said aloud.
"True. So Ryner, how does it work?" Pidge turned her attention to Ryner once more.
"Let me show you first, then you can repeat it to the others." Ryner left somewhere with Pidge.
You leaned on your left leg and stared at the semi-dark sky. Your mind wandered to yesterday as a cloud drifted past.
A warm feeling on your shoulder made you jump. It was Alfor.
"Something bothering you?"
"Yeah." you dropped your hands to your sides.
"Someone." Alfor corrected with a knowing tone. You nodded absentmindedly.
"What what the fu-"
"I see." Alfor interrupted.
"Whatever." you groaned and waved a hand.
You turned your head to see Keith a good distance away, stretching. Ok ok he looks hot in the sunset light and it looks like he's glowing. But I do not like him, I'm alien for Voltron's sake.
"You know, Olkarion is not my type." Lance was saying to Hunk.
"Yeah. So what?" Hunk inquired.
"But I do like aliens. Like Allura. She's alien. Or Y/n." Lance said.
"Hey bozos, I can hear you!" you yelled to the two boys. They both spun away from you and Hunk scoffed to Lance.
Another bit of movement caught your eye. Shiro put his hand on Keith's shoulder and said something, but Keith slapped it away. Shiro walked away to Hunk and Lance.
"What's up with him?" Blaytz said from beside you.
"He's probably having one of his tantrums. Anger issues." you said.
"Guys. GUYS!" Pidge was shouting, running towards the group.
"What is it?" you spotted the Galra tracker in her hand.
"Ryner said I could use it. I found Zarkon on the map." Pidge said breathlessly.
"You did?" Hunk bored his brown eyes into the small sphere.
"Yup. Let's get into the Castle." Pidge nodded and screamed a goodbye to the Olkari. You and the others said your goodbyes too and headed to your lions.
"Time to bring the fight to Zakron." Shiro said.
(Timeskip)
"He's in the Carolian system, and heading to the Arens galaxy in two quintants." Pidge said as we all entered the bridge. Allura and Coran was starting to take off.
"We'll go soon." Coran said after the news.
"Arriving to Zarkon in five quintants, and we'll meet him in the Arens galaxy." Allura said, opening a wormhole.
"Are you sure we can fight Zarkon?" Lance asked, a bit worried.
"We need to make a plan. Involving others." Coran said. "Let's travel slowly to make planning time."
"We should train." you suggested.
"Righto, so wake up early tomorrow and get to the training deck, full armour and bayard." Coran said. You all groaned.
You got to your room and took a shower before dressing in your pjs. You flumped on the bed heavily. You fiddled with your fingers.
"Ok ok sorry we disappeared for a bit." Gyrgan popped up and you flinched, slashing your bayard in his soul.
"Holy Alfor, no offence, don't scare me!" you threw the bayard through Gyrgan, which did nothing.
"We said sorry!" Trigal added. You looked at the four.
"Are you going to watch me sleep?"
"Sure." Blaytz said. You pulled the cover over your head and tried to ignore the stares of the old paladins.
Soon enough, you fell asleep.
