~•Laurance's POV•~
Oh no...no, this is bad. Really bad. Where is Y/N? Last thing I recall is being attacked by...a group of...something? But what happened to me? I'm just on the forest floor. I just woke up from...being passed out? Wait, what really did happened? I need to find Y/N! Who even were those guys! Ugh, there's so much stuff on my mind!
I get up from the ground. I brush the snow off myself. I recognize this part of the forest. Phoenix Drop shouldn't be far from here. I immediately need to tell the others about this. I soon find the gates of the village. Alexis spots me and opens them for me. I run through the 'work in progress' original Phoenix Drop. I soon enter the 'new' Phoenix Drop and try to find Aphmau. I spot her in the tree fort by her bed. I hesitate to tell her what happened because...of what happened yesterday...
"A-Aphmau! Y/N...I think she was taken! I don't know by who but, we need to find her!" I tell her.
"Wait, Y/N!? What happened?" She asked.
"I-I don't know! She just...disappeared! I think...I was knocked out and...when I wake up she's gone! We got attacked by something in the woods." I explain to her. She goes wide-eyed. That face...She made that face when we first met. Heh, I was horrible with flirting with girls...but...that was when we were still close. We still are...but...
"So that's where you were...*ahem* we need to find her! Do you have any clue to where she is?" She asked.
"No, not at all." I answer. I don't know what to say! I have no clue to where she was taken to.
"I'll tell Levin, come on, let's go get Y/N back." She said in a serious tone. I follow her out of the tree fort in hopes to be reunited with Y/N again.
Y/N, please, be safe out there. And wherever you are, please...know that I'm sorry. And, I love you. 💜

Pfft, sorry for the shortest chapter in this book. I'm kinda running out of ideas. But I have a huge plot twist for the ending! But that might be a while. Soon, you your questions will be answered! Such as: where is Destiny? Why was Laurance acting mean? And why was he crying when you approached him? Also, what the heck was he talking about in this chapter!?!?!?!? You'll see soon!
