"hey guys." Steve said to Robbin and Denise, as Robbin pulled a seat for himself and Denise.
"Hi..." Robbin and Denise said to Steve, as they both smiled at him.
"Hi, I already told Steve the 411 about me and my mom." Roberta said to Robbin and Denise, as Robbin flushed.
"Oh that's good." Robbin said to Roberta, as he smiled at her.
"Steve, can I talk to you for a moment?" Robbin asked Steve.
"Why?..." Steve asked Robbin, as he gave him a look, as Robbin took his hand and walked into the hallway.
"What did she tell you?" Robbin asked Steve, as he frowned at him.
"Hmm... just what was in the letter, when did she come?, and this could make or break Ratt." Steve said to Robbin, as then he frowned too.
"I don't know what to do man, I can't abandon her like her mom did, she has no one else but Denise and I." Robbin said to Steve, as Steve hugged Robbin for a moment.
"If it makes you feel better, I'll be there too for her, I'll step in as her godfather." Steve said to Robbin.
"Wow you will?" Robbin asked Steve.
"Yeah man, her and I talked for an hour, before you two got up." Steve said to Robbin, as they shook hands.
"I don't know what to say." Robbin said to Steve.
"Just promise me, you'll be sober and stop drinking and doing drugs." Steve said to Robbin.
"How did you find out?" Robbin asked Steve, as he looked down at the floor.
"You were gone for long periods of time hiding out and drinking by yourself and having girls with you out on our last your, we wanted to kick you out of the band but I protested and said to the other guys hell no and they said ok and we'll give you another chance, don't blow this one ok, we want you around, well all need you man, including your kid and Denise, I can tell she loves you, honestly she does and I can tell, we all can, like the first time she met you, you swept her off her feet haha, she blushed every time you spoke to her, it was really cute man, it was haha." Steve said he Robbin, as he shook his head, as Robbin looked up at him.
"I know I promised Denise too, I asked her to marry me." Robbin said to Steve, as Steve smirked big at him.
"Congrats man." Steve said to Robbin.
"So... you're the first to know, so hush..." Robbin said to Steve, as they walked back into the kitchen and sat down at the kitchen table with Denise and Roberta, and then Robbin hugged Denise for a few moments beside her.
"Thank you." Robbin said to Denise.
"Uh, for what?" Denise asked Robbin.
"For loving me." Robbin said to Denise, as he smiled and looked into her eyes, while Steve and Roberta were talking about rock music.
