Your POV

Giddily, Hiro pulled out our super suits and hopped into his chair, sliding towards the computer. "I love upgrading," he giggled to himself. I rolled my eyes and called him a nerd.

"Hiro, what are we doing?" Baymax asked. Hiro poked the big guy in the tummy.

"Upgrades," he answered. "You want some new moves Baymax? I think you could use some new moves."

Once again, the pair worked as a well oiled machine. They didn't even notice I was there. I didn't mind, because I found myself sitting in a corner sketching the two buddies again. They're adorable.

"Dang!" someone cried, startling me. Screaming, I threw my sketchbook in the air and jumped up. I saw the gang look at me amused. I squinted at them. Wasabi chuckled.

"You're overreacting."

"So what?"

Honey bent over and picked up the sketchbook. "(Y/N), did you draw this?"

Gogo scoffed. "Of course she did. That's why she was holding it. Duh." She snapped her bubble, then added, "Nice picture of Hiro."

I felt heat rising to my cheeks. "That's not the point!"

"HOLY- (Y/N), these sketches are amazing!" Fred exclaimed.

Looking up, I saw Wasabi and Fred looking over Honey's shoulder as she flipped through the book. "H-Hey hey hey!" I cried, reaching for the book. Honey easily lifted it out of my reach. "Give it back!"

"Naaah," she told me. "These pictures are really pretty!"

"I love the amount of Hiro that's in there," Gogo just had to say.

"Stopppppppp," I whined and covering my face because I knew there isn't anything else to do.

"What do you want to be when you grow up, (Y/N)?" Wasabi asked.

I pouted and refused to answer until Honey gave the book back.

"She wants to be an animator," Hiro piped in. I glared daggers at him.

"What? Really?!" Honey asked, dropping the book. I winced and lunged towards it.

"Yes," I muttered, holding the sketchbook protectively.

"Want to see her animation?" Hiro suggested to the group. They immediately screamed yes as I screamed no. Hiro rose from his seat. "Follow me," he said, and dashed upstairs. The gang instantly scurried along.

We pushed and fought each other to get to Hiro's room.

"See see see?" Hiro asked happily. On his computer screen was the video I animated for him. Everyone quickly crowded around the screen. Embarrassed, I slunk back into my part of the room. I flopped face down into the sheets and stayed like that while listening to them "ooh" and "aah" about it.

"(Y/N), THAT'S AMAZING!" Honey exclaimed, bouncing on her toes (somehow with those ginormous platform shoes). "What are you so embarrassed from? This is amazing!"

I felt to hand grab my ankles. Surprised, I shrieked. Immediately, I was hanging upside from Fred's shoulders, trying to keep my shirt from falling. "Fred!" I screamed. "Put me down!" Instead of doing so, he hopped around, flinging me from side to side.

"No way! You have got to animate me too! Like, eating ice cream, then Yokai attacking poor citizens, and I transform into a fire-breathing-!" He gasped. "THAT WOULD ACTUALLY BE SO COOL! MY DREAM COME TRUE!" Fred told me. "PLEASE PLEASE PLEEEASE?"

"Okay okay, as long as you put me down!" I screamed.

He released my ankles and I crumpled to the floor.

"Whoops," he said, laughing nervously. I glared at him.

"I change my mind."

"NOOOOOO! DON'T!" he cried, falling down on his knees. I looked away. "I'M SORRYYYYYYY!"

"Nope."

"Sucks for you Fred," Wasabi said.

"(Y/N), really, the animation is beautiful," Honey complimented. I gave her a half smile and said thanks.

Suddenly, Hiro grabbed my hand, pulled me up, and dragged me downstairs. "Come on! We've got to upgrade your suits!"

"Okay okay okay, I was thinking, if the enemy attacks with invisible microbots, then we all need to have a scanner that can detect them," Hiro explained. "The problem is, how do you make an invisible microbot? If I had one on hand, then it'd be easier... but..."

"Maybe they used some kind of chemical," Honey suggested. "Maybe I can try to find it."

"Yeah! That'd work!"

"Or some kind of plasma ray," Wasabi told us. "Like, how I can make my laser-induced plasma rays visible and not."

Hiro nodded, contemplating. "Yeah, that's true."

"It is possible that the bots are moving really fast that we can't see them, like they're made of glass or something," Gogo added.

Hiro's mouth turned into an "oh". "That is possible... ARGH! IF ONLY WE TOOK ONE OF IT!"

Baymax suddenly waddled up to Hiro and held out a hand. "Hiro, I took a few during the battle to scan them."

Hiro stared at the bots in the petri dish and at Baymax. Then looked at the bots again. "Buddy," he started, "why do you always do this to me?"

Baymax blinked. "Do what?"

"MAKE ME GO CRAZY!" he screamed, pulling his hair.

"I do not think that's possible. Let me scan you."

"No! Don't-"

"Scan complete."

"Un. Be. Liev. A. Ble."

"Your neurotransmitter levels are slightly rising from excitement, confusion, and disbelief. Diagnosis, being a superhero. Hiro, I think we should take a break from all this crime fighting."

"No!" Hiro cried. "No, I'm fine! I just need to finish this and I'll be fine."

"Are you sure?"

"110%"

"There can never be 110% Hiro."

"Whatever!"

So we started working on recreating the microbots so we can add the scanner into the supersuits. It took a lot longer than I thought it will. The microbots were really just all of the ideas from before combined, making it really hard to recreate. Thank goodness we have Baymax with us, finding and scanning the microbots at first. When we managed to finish, it was around two, and all over our stomachs growled loudly. We went to the cafe to grab something to eat before we started upgrading our suits.

Honey added some new elements to her purse thingy; Fred added a few new moves, same with Baymax; Hiro kept the same suit; Wasabi figured out to change his plasma razor thingies to different colors that can do different things; Gogo... I actually don't know what Gogo did to her suit.

I sat around, watching them all work. I would actually help out, but Hiro forced me to think about the power I wanted to use so we can add it into my suit. I'm literally whining the entire time that I can't.

"Let's put on some music!" Honey cried, whipping out her phone. Soon enough, a song blasted through it. It's "Immortals" by Fall Out Boy [don't judge. we all know this song is the best song ever, because it fits BH6 like a glove. (actually, it also fits PJO/HOO pretty well too, haha]. Soon after that, "On Top of the World" by Greek Fire played. [it fits the scene, okay] Fred and Honey were singing the entire time. I couldn't help it but jump out of my seat and sing along with them. We were mimicking superheroes to the rescue.

After "Determinate" by Lemonade Mouth, I stopped dead in my tracks. I noticed how the microbots were acting weirdly to the music, like it can't bare it. It clattered noisily around in the dish, attacking each other. "Hiro," I called, my eyes glued to the dish, "come here." He walked over, his eyes widening when he saw it.

"Woah."

"I know."

We all stared at the bots in silence until it hit me. "I got it! My superpower can be sound!"

"Sound?" Wasabi asked.

I nodded. "Yeah, sound! It'd be useful if we have it on hand, and since the bots are acting strangely, we can use the sound to our advantage!"

"But how will sound be turned into a superpower?" Fred inquired.

I thought about it for a sec. "We can have an amplifier, just cuz. And I can use music and other sounds to distract things? I actually know how to play guitar, so I could carry around an electric guitar? I don't know, but maybe I can cause confusion with all the noise. Um, you guys know Pokémon?"

The group nodded slowly, not knowing where I'm going with this.

"Well, there's an attack called Sonic Boom. It's like a bunch of tangible sound waves that can knock your opponent back. Maybe we can try to replicate that? Or any other moves we can think of?"

They all stared at me, so I started to second guess myself. But then Fred spoke up. "This is why she's a prodigy," he said in awe.

"I am too!" Hiro called out.

"Bah, we're not impressed anymore," Gogo told him.

I smirked. "Haha. Take that, Hamada."

"I'm still better."

I pretended I didn't hear him. "Well, can we get started?" I asked everyone else, feeling ecstatic.

They all grinned at me.

By the time we were done with all the suits, somehow, Fred's chauffeur came and drove to Fred's mansion. The first thing I thought of was that, Fred lives in a mansion? I didn't say it, because that's rude, but have you seen the guy? Nothing like a rich kid.

But it makes me like him more as a person.

I followed the group to where ever. We soon stopped in a large field. I sure hope it's the backyard, not the golf course or something. Everyone suited up and was about to do some training.

"Okay Fred, try it out," Hiro said. Fred got ready by bouncing a few times and then, "SUPER JUMP!" he screamed. The suit carried him... really high in the air. I can't even calculate. "THUNDERBOLT," he yelled before his suit lit up and a super charged beam of electricity shot out. Inside the suit, Fred is supposed to control where the beam hit. The bolt suddenly jerked to the right, aiming for the dummy, but it missed by a foot.

"Uh, almost there," Hiro called to him.

I sat off to the side, fiddling with the buttons and gadgets of my suit and partially watching everyone else. I actually did not realize that I was staring at Hiro. The way he commands the group is impressive, but he doesn't do it bossily. He also doesn't just sit there and dictate orders. And that cute little face behind the screen looks so serious, but if I looked closely, he seems to be really enjoying it. He is an amazing leader. No wonder they're all superheroes, saving SF from crime.

But it's not just that. There's something about Hiro that makes everyone love him. It could be that tooth gap, because I adore it. Or that grin. Or maybe the dark, unruly hair. Maybe it's those beautiful brown eyes. Or his awkwardness. But he's also so kind, and confident. I can't choose. Hiro is definitely an interesting person.

"Somebody's staring," Honey's voice sang from behind me. She then sat next to me, nudging me. "Hiro's the cutest lil thing you've ever seen, right? You like the little tooth gap he has? Or that adorable face? Or maybe that fact that he's an angel to you?"

I felt my cheeks warm up. "I-I have no idea what you're talking about," I muttered quickly, going back to messing with the buttons.

"Ohhhh, I think you do~"

"Pshhhh, no waaaaay," I denied. But really, I have no idea if I like Hiro or not. Like, like like. Yeah sure I find him cute and he's my friend, but there really can't be anything more.

I think.

"You're rethinking about it aren't you?"

"I-"

She grabbed me into a hug. "Aw man! (Y/N), you're so cute!"

"N-No!" I cried, flailing to release her. Instead, I hit some random button on my electric guitar, and a really deafening noise screeched. It was like a horrible feedback times a thousand. Honey shrieked and released me as I fumbled to turn it off. In the distance, I can hear Fred screaming, "STOP STOP STOP STOP!"

"I'M SO SORRY!" I called out after the noise died down. "I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry! You can blame it on Honey!"
"Hey!" she protested. I stuck her tongue out at her.

"(Y/N)," Hiro called, "your turn!"

"What?"

"Come at me," Hiro said, standing about fifty feet away, holding his arms out.

"Like, attack you?"

"Yeah! I have the armor on!"

"But-"

"You really are a scaredy cat," he taunted.

"No! But real-"

"First, the flying, then the kite, now this? Come on, (Y/N). I'll be fine. I designed these myself."

I glared at him before hesitantly putting on my guitar. "Well then, whatever you say."

I nervously looked down at the guitar, unaware of its power. I gave it a light strum and the ground around me vibrated. "Okaaay." The second strum was harder, and the tremble reached towards everyone else, which was about fifteen feet away.

"Come on (Y/N)!" Honey cheered.

"Yeah, go harder! Rock it out!" Fred called.

I stared at the guitar before playing a few riffs. The sound traveled far. I looked over at my friends, terrified, and they just looked back in awe. Hiro gave me a grin and encouraged me to play a bit more.

So I did. When I got into it, I went a little too far. One of the columns supporting the gazebo cracked. I immediately stopped and ran towards it, my head screaming "no no no no no no no no".

I touched the pillar. It's a small crack, but it could possibly give in. "B-Baymax?" I called out nervously. "Can you please scan this?"

The big, white robot stomped over and scanned it. "The pillar appears to be cracked, but it's not serious that it will injure anyone. But to be safe, we should patch it up using so cement."

Fred walked up. "Don't worry about it big guy. But (Y/N), dude. That was amazing!"

"The playing or the power?" I asked nervously.

"Both!"

"I think the guitar has too much power," I stated. I didn't like it because the thing is dangerous. I shivered.

"Uh, (Y/N), you can adjust the volume," Hiro told me, showing me the button. "Besides, it's connected to the speakers, so that's why it's so loud."

"Ohhhhh. I think I'll stick to using the speakers for the songs and such..."

Honey came up to me and patted my back. "Yes, too much power is very scary, I don't blame you. But (Y/N), I see the superhero potential! I think we should've had you since we were formed. I feel like you bring the group to a full circle."

I looked at her skeptically. "You're making this all up."

She looked offended. "Of course not!"

"It sounds fake."

"Are you calling me fake?"

I gasped. "No! That's not what I meant!"

She grinned and knocked on my helmet. "Just teasing."

"Stopppppp. But really, that was partially made up."

"Okaaay, so maybe it was. But I'm not telling you which part."

"Ouch."

She grinned. "Hey, at least I told you it was a white lie."

"Trouble on Seventh Street, near the San Fransokyo Bank," Baymax suddenly said. "A couple of robbers has just stolen some money," he informs us.

Everyone turned to look at me. "Ready for your first rescue?" Honey asks.

"Uhhhh..." I'm not so sure. Like, I literally found out this like, today. It was a little too sudden for my taste.

"Let's call this a test. You'll be admitted into BH6 with this, okay?" Hiro asks.

"I thought I'm already in!"

"Then are you ready?" he asked, knowing my answer.

"Weellll...."

"You two, let's just go," Gogo interrupts. "We're gonna lose them."

She immediately sped off, Fred bouncing after her. Wasabi and Honey somehow managed to get on the rooftops of houses and moved quickly in Fred and Gogo's direction. Hiro offers a hand.

"You coming?"

I gladly took it, and he helped me up, just as Baymax shot off.
